UPDATE 5/26/23 DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!! They sell complete trash and call it high performance. Yes, they add memory and a graphics card, but to a system that is completely incompatible with aftermarket upgrades. Turns out Dell uses proprietary power supplies that cannot be upgraded and can not be added to if you wanted to power anything else like a graphics card or other hard drive. The PnP nVidia card they installed ended up shorting out the whole board when it fried, only had this a year... When purchasing anything online I'm always skeptical that I will get everything in the product that was advertised. When receiving this product, we hooked it up right away to make sure that the specs given were accurate. I was surprised to find out that it actually did come as advertised, although the wifi I thought was built in was just an adapter included with the keyboard and mouse. Make sure you don't lose it! But, after a few days of use, my son advised me that he kept getting a blue screen or the computer would just randomly restart. I looked into the issue, and seemed it was running hot. Checking the gpu showed it running at 40°C before running into problems. The wifi would also stop working, and checking the adapter, it was really hot. Once cooled down, it would work just fine. I bought this computer predominantly for word processing and some video editing. I found it to be extremely fast, I did have an issue with activating Windows, but the folks at high tech Bay Inc were very responsive and helped me with the issue. I am very satisfied

    • Worst experience ever
I bought this refurbished product for $550 a little over three months ago. The computer was trouble from the start because "one Drive" was installed and kept sending me error messages because I didn't buy $20 of I cloud apace that I didn't want or need. Headache to disable. After three months, one day the screen froze up, and when I restarted I got a "no hard drive" message. On calling tech support, who were incredibly difficult to understand, they had me download an app. I had to call back numerous times for the next step. Six hours and two agents later, I finally spent 20 minutes with the third TS guy troubleshooting the cd player (not the hard drive). He told me that the hard drive was non-operative, and he shouldn't even have helped me because the warranty was past. I found out from a friend that the hard drive was a company made product that failed so badly that he couldn't even erase it. I also found out from Dell that the computer was over seven years old. It took me four days of non stop calling to get Amazon to do the right thing. I cannot understate how awful this experience was, not only with the product and tech support, but getting ANYONE at tech magnet, Amazon or Assurion to assist me in getting a refund. None of them wanted to take responsibility for this lemon of a product. I will never trust this company nor Amazon again. ... show more

Ordered 2 computers... a few weeks apart.. one was correct and works great, decent gaming computer but the other had an old crappy video card in it and is not as advertised... one was packaged different too so maybe this is different sellers?... I dunno but 1 was a scam and 1 was great so best of luck! ... show more

It doesn't look like much but it is a beautiful computer. I bought it because D2R came out and I had to upgrade my computer and I couldn't have found a better one. It runs the game flawlessly and can operate anything that can normally be done.
