The sliding rails come already assembled. The drawers are all the same size. After putting together the top drawer doesn’t close - the already assembled rails were placed incorrectly. I paid $80 for shipping, in order to return this defective product I have to pay to ship it back to them. I have contacted the seller to give them an opportunity to make this right - paying for the shipping and refund me the entire purchase or sending me a non defective product. We’ll see. Time will tell. UPDATE: Seller contacted me and sent a video to help installing the drawers and offered additional help if need it. We were able to fix. I’m grateful for the assistance. Once assembled the product is ok. They definitely need better instructions included with their cabinets.

My only reason for not giving 5 overall stars is that one of the drawer slides was missing. However, customer service was very responsive and sent me a replacement. Overall the product is great quality and perfectly serves my needs. Although assembly takes some time, it's worth following instructions and doing it properly. Very well made.

I have purchased 2 already and this is my third. Nothing was wrong with the first 2 but this one is missing a lot of the hardware so I won’t be able to assemble. I was told I had to return it but there’s NO way I will be able to get this all back in the original box. Really frustrating and hoping I can find something that will work at the hardware store. Also noticing the parts don’t have labels on them like the last 2.

A tad expensive, but everything is nowadays and I really needed something for my home office. This gets the job done and it was pretty easy to install. An intuitive approach to using bendable parts/slots rather than screws and bolts everywhere, which made it even easier to install. Hopefully it stands the test of time though.

The only reason I gave the assembly a 4 is because the drawings are not great and there is not a word of explanation for the very hard to understand drawing of the locking mechanism. My previous understanding of how the drawer SHOULD have worked is the only reason I could figure it out. I like that I was able to get it shipped to me (2) boxes to I could manage, and with a hand dolly was able to maneuver to where it should be. I also liked that I was able to put it together myself with only a little assistance to line up and put the drawers in. Overall it was a good experience.
