The good: The pastel stripes in purple, pink, and blue are GORGEOUS — soft, calming, and exactly what I wanted for my yoga space. The woven pattern and fringed edges give it a handmade, authentic Mexican-blanket vibe. Lightweight but thick enough to cushion knees and hips during poses. Folds small for storage. (See photo—colors pop in person!) How I use it: I use this for yoga—it drapes perfectly over my mat for extra grip and comfort in Child’s Pose, Savasana, or seated stretches. Favorite throws all year around. Warm but not too heavy. Too many throws are made for those in really cold regions, but this one is perfect for chilly days every season for me in the Southwest. Colors are so pretty, and they get softer with every wash.

I really like this blanket. The colors and quality seem to be very nice. My 2 complaints are that the material is 100% acrylic when the seller boasted that it was also made of cotton and also my blanket doesn't have the del mexico tag on it like the ones being advertised in the picture

Love the colors! Light-weight, but dimensions as described. 4 instead of 5 stars, because it was advertised as cotton, and it is acrylic. (see screenshot of description vs. sewn-in tag). However, I have had acrylic Mexican blankets for years, and they hold up well through repeated washings. I was a little disappointed, though, because I wanted to see how cotton compares. I have noticed in other ads for this product the company describes the materials as " cotton, acrylic, blend" which is more accurate.

I could not be any more pleased with this item, it is absolutely beyond my expectations so well crafted colors are vibrant. It is so nice and thick I was pleased with how soft it was right out of the package but oh my goodness when I washed it, it waseven more gushy! I have purchased these style blankets before on Amazon and they have been so thin And scratchy. Highly recommend this.

Feels thick and of good quality, while also being light and not at all heavy. My entire interior of my car is dark gray, so not only does it show every bit of yuck, it also feels small. I really wanted a splash of color and something to remind me of home, all while adding a tiny bit of coverage and protection from the kids. I absolutely love it!! The pattern takes me back to the markets back home in Santa Fe, which meant a lot, living on the other side on the country.
