I want to use the parking monitoring function, do I have to buy a separate hardware kit? Yes, the hardware kit(ASIN: B0CHYV8WDC) enables dashcams parking monitoring mode and protects the Car battery from being depleted. The hardware kit is not Included, you need to purchase it separately. I don't know how to install dash camera. V100 manuals and videos provide detailed usage and installation details, if you have any more questions , please contact E-Yeeger directly.

Great little camera. Good picture quality and super easy installation. Kit comes with a memory card and wedge tool for tucking the wire back behind the headboard and weather stripping of your vehicle. Cable length was a perfect fit for my Honda pilot.

I’m very happy with this dash cam. The video quality is sharp and clear, even at night, which makes a big difference. Setting it up was simple, and the WiFi feature with the app makes it easy to view and save recordings right from my phone. The included 32GB SD card is a nice bonus, and I like that it supports up to 256GB if I ever need more storage.     • Easy to set up and works great
This is the 2nd dash cam I've tried, and I like it a lot. It was very easy to hook up, and you can download an app and watch it on the go. I appreciate that it also comes with a memory card, so if I need the footage for an insurance claim, I have a hard copy. You can also save on the app too. It took about 5 minutes to hook up. When it's in use, it merges with your phone to create a wi fi system, so you might not be able to use your phone to search for anything, but if you are driving, you don't need to, but you won't be able to hand your phone off to someone else. Was not a good buy personally. When connecting it knocks you off your phone apps. So, when I can get logged in which is very rare with this camera to view footage I have to set up my phone all over again. Probably a user error but other camera we have don’t have this problem. Really nice for the price but slightly annoying/inconvenient. Doesn't connect automatically which is SUCH a pain in the ass. You have to download an app, it's not blue tooth, the chord is awkward, and it can be hard to set up. The voice is annoying but you can turn it off (unclear). Lack of directions. Lots of storage and definitely makes me feel confident when driving, but it is not convenient at all. ... show more

This camera works well. Sure you need to download an app. Connect to the local WiFi, skip the app login, click on the camera, and view the videos. They default to 1 minute segments. My daughter was driving home and something hit her windshield on the highway. I was able to identify a spinning curved leaf spring that was propelled by another vehicle. The resolution on the video was good enough to see the bolt holes. Plus the camera was able to sense the impact and locked that video. I'm happy with the camera, its inexpensive, you can turn the volume all the way down to stop the voice, and the resolution is good. ... show more
