Great dehumidifier! It's small enough to not take up too much room yet still very powerful and useful! It works perfectly! The water basin is small but only needs to be emptied once a day. You can tell it works immediately. The different functions and settings are nice with an easy, straightforward touch pad. The outlet is long and the wheels make it easy to move around. It's not too heavy so can be moved. It's a bit noisy at the highest setting but not too loud where it becomes an issue. It shipped on time with no issues. AND comes with a 3 year warranty!! I purchased this product a little over a year ago and I am very pleased with the purchased! We have a small home of approx. 900 sqft. and this little guy drops the humidity down to a comfortable level and is capable of maintaining the humidity setting we have it on. This is the second summer for the unit and it is still running great. We have no problems with anything leaking and the noise level is that of a small fan. When tank is full is has an auto shut off and we easily pull the tank and pour out the water then replace tank and it is off doing it's job again. We rinse out the reusable filter about once a month and it helps with the energy efficiency, as we all know dehumidifiers are not cheap to run 24/7. We had purchased other units that were closer to the square footage requirement and they were duds! So we decided to up the square footage requirement and found this unit, the size is perfect and having it on wheels makes it easy to move if needed. I have no problem recommending this product to others who want a nice compact dehumidifier that really works!

Just grabbed the VEAGASO 34‑pint dehumidifier (500 sq ft model) to cut the damp vibes in my basement—and it totally delivered. It's super quiet (people say it's quieter than an air conditioner), and you can actually see the moisture drop within hours . The LED display is clear, and the controls are so simple—I didn't even crack the manual. The built‑in drain hose is a game‑changer, so I don't have to empty the tank all the time. Pulls in tons of humidity at a good price point. This thing is very compact and quiet. I love the sound. My others sound like you are standing next to an outdoor air-conditioning unit. Only problem is the water collector is very small. You can fix this with the included hose, but that only works if you have somewhere near a floor drain or bathtub.

Pardon my cynicism but I've had more dehumidifers fail than I care to think about. Here in NW Florida it's humid almost all the time. This is one that works as advertised and is extremely effective. My master bath is connected to my bedroom so this is covering a good 750-1000 sf with ease . I like that the water tank is in the front and you can see how much has accumulated and hot air discharge is on the side and not the top. More effective. Very easy to empty. Rolls easy, not too heavy if need to carry (two indented handles on either side) I typically end up emptying it twice a day and again before bed so it doesn't fill up while I'm sleeping and it gets all clammy. This is doing an excellent job at keeping pantry items and items that require lower humidity at the proper levels. Also knocks the humidity down fast after a long hot shower. It's quiet and a great value. Today is day 11 of non stop use & 3 of the days it rained steady and this didn't skip a beat. Showed you the back as it has a nice cord wrap feature and the side picture shows you the operating specs. Controls on top are very easy to use. Everything listed on the item description is accurate. Seller is very responsive and this has an extra 3 year warranty. Highly recommend Veagaso .

I purchased my VEAGASO dehumidifier (model VG380, ASIN: B0BVZ62Y3M) on March14, 2025 and it has worked well in a granite block basement for over a month during rainy season. It is compact, sturdy and rolls easily on it's 4 wheels although it can be easily immobilized. Even set at high speed it is very quiet (like a fan, not an air conditioner). While other options (timer, drier, etc.) can be selected I just set my on continuous and selected the desired (35) humidity level. The LED shows the current humidity level. I wanted mine to drain into a set tub and while it clearly shows it has a drain, I wanted to confirm there was no way for it to pump "uphill" so it could be set on the cellar floor I contacted VEAGASO and almost instantaneously got a complete reply (no pump). Can's ask for better customer service. I set it on top of an overturned bucket in the bottom of the tub and it drains great. Set and forget.
