I have been using this is my RV in Alaska and it has worked super well!! When I was getting into bed at night nothing was ever “wet” but it always had that “almost damp feeling” where you would be like is it damp? Is it just cold? I mean it rains a lot here so I figured regardless I needed a way to get some moisture out of here. This bad boy works great. It really isn’t that loud, I have a small air purifier too, and this is about the same noise level as that. I have been pleased and that “almost damp” feeling when I get in bed is now gone!

I made the mistake of trying a no-name brand and paid the price. Ran this "dehumidifier" for 8 hours in my 700 sq ft apartment on the continuous mode when going to work. When I got home, there was zero change to the humidity level, less than a 1/4 cup of water was in the resevoir, and my humidity level was literally higher than it was when I left. This seller should be ashamed for selling garbage products and wasting people's time and money. The dehumidifier even came with a little piece of paper asking customers to please contact them if it doesn't work out of the box and they'll just send you another. Clearly they ship people such trash all the time to the point where when you receive it, you basically get a piece of paper that says, "hey this probably won't work, or will break soon, but good luck and we'll send you more trash later"

The media could not be loaded. Will not covered the advertised space . Ran for 24 hours and hardly any moisture was pulled. Area was a 240 sq foot kitchen .

Im not keeping mine cause it's not working as i thought it would , could be due to the set up of the house. Im also on the east coast where it's humid with a 70°+ average dew point during summer months. I do see this working ok either in a different area and definitely smaller Sqft as advertised.

FYI, bad reviews might be getting posted here while good reviews are going to another product page for this same product (this page: https://www.amazon.com/Dehumidifier-Dehumidifiers-Basement-Bathroom-Humidity/dp/B0FNC1PHQN/ref=ast_sto_dp_puis). I bought 2 of these for 2 different bedrooms at each end of my apartment that would get up to 80% humidity at times, and I followed all of the instructions perfectly. However, instead of seeing a significant decrease in humidity level, it only dropped by about 2% at best in each room after running these constantly. I also measured the pints/day, and while this is advertised as 40 pints/day in ideal conditions, I measured it at 0.7 pints/day at most... that is ~60 times less effective than advertised! Even under non-ideal conditions, I would expect 10-20 pints/day, but 0.7 is just ridiculous! Also, I tried signing up for the warranty by scanning the QR code that came with the product, and it just said "You have warranty!" without requiring me to input any information at all, which seems fishy. I also tried signing up for their 3 year service assistance, and my Amazon order number did not work to validate it, so I could not get that to work either.

So far we like it, like that it shows the temperature and how much humidity . Nice size for bathroom, would be nice if cord was a little longer.

I enjoy how quick of a job it does in my apartment removing the excess moisture, and at night the quiet mode is hardly noticable
