Made of decent material and seems to be study at first glance. Doesn't seal the gaps between the frame and the dog door. It also doesn't lock into place at all. Had to use 3m tape to secure it into the sliding door frame. It also doesn't have a way to lock your sliding door after installing. Very unsatisfying for the price it costed..

The only negative aspect of this product was the side-screw-knob for setting the height was too close to the door frame to fit. I removed the knob and replaced it with a common nut that would then slide within the existing door frame slot. I see that others who purchased the door had this same issue, i.e., the tightening knob would not fit within the doorwall frame and there had to be an alternative put in place. Other than that, the product worked well, was exactly as advertised, looks good, and the dog learned to exit/enter by the second day. Overall, I am quite pleased!

This is exactly what I was looking for - great value for the price. Is it perfect? No, but it’s exactly what we needed. Super easy to install - I did it myself without my husband. Slight gaps on the sides but that’s not really an issue in our case and they aren’t big enough to let flies in or anything. Perfect quick and easy solution to having to get up to let the dog in and out every 2 minutes. Our dog is a 5 month old pitbull puppy approx 35 pounds and the photo shows her going through the large size door.

The media could not be loaded. I have two kitties that love to hang on the balcony and a Goldendoodle that loves her freedom. I purchased an expensive doggie door previously that either of them learned to go through I had to remove the door itself which obviously wasn’t the best idea, given insects like to enter the home. So it was time to get a new one. But with this one all three got it on the first try which was easy and stress relieving. It’s super easy to set up. It def doesn’t stay even with the tracking of my sliding glass door. Too much of a gap not only between the sliding door and the doggie door, but also there is a gap on the side of the doggie door itself literally letting in flies/nats etc. I’m able to block the sliding door gap but not the doggie door so I’m super disappointed. It’s so difficult to find a good doggie door nowadays. They’re not cheap. Just wish you paid more attention to your product.

Looks nice and like that it has clear panels and screen. But very flimsy and has too many gaps. Not able too use the locking mechanism for my sliding door. Did not feel like modifying anything to make it work. My bull dog likes to jump up on the door and he would end up bending it very soon. Will just return and look for something more heavy duty.

This product quality is poor. It has to be constantly adjusted to stay secured and the flap has detached. I bought the door 4/11 and my return option expired 5/15. I don't know how to fix this and the opening us annoying and allows mosquitos in the house abd scratches the dogs back. Now I'm going to be forced to purchase another one after only having this one for a month.
