The toilet is a small one & fits in the designated space. It looks good and works well. Be aware the toilet seat does not fit this product. The seat itself is too small and cannot be used at all. You will be forced to change it. It actually hurts to sit on and will leave bruising as it digs into your legs. It’s akin to sitting in a plastic bucket. Warning , but and Install seat prior to installing toilet if you get stuck with toilet. Seller initially refused return. Then gave return after I managed the install in this tight space. Too late to return now. So now to figure out how to install a new seat in its existing tight spot. And more money invested in buying a seat that works.

This is a good quality toilet. It looks really good with clean lines. Installation is easy even for a person like me who doesn't like to do home improvements. The flushes are good and strong. I like that you can have 2 types of flushes. I took out one star because the seat rim is a bit too narrow making it less comfortable to fit on and it's rather filmsy. I wonder if it would break quickly. It creaks loudly and it just bothers you when you try to sit on it. I can't recommend to anyone as I worry that they feel the same way as me. And then the seat is specially fit to the toilet, so I don't even know if I will be able to find a replacement that can it it.

First off, I want to give kudos to DeerValley customer service. If I could give them a separate rating, it'd be 5 stars. After being unable to resolve my problem, they refunded half of my purchase price without requiring that the toilet be returned. As for the product, it appears to be nice. The problem is that it can't be installed in situations where the closet flange sits on top of the finished floor, which is pretty common practice where I live. In fact, this is how Oatey recommends their flanges to be installed. So because of this, I can only give the product 3 stars.

I have emailed the company to tell me how to buy a replacement seat. No answer The seat is attached with unconventional plastic and can not be bought in department stores. The seat has plastic hooks that will break over time. I just want a replacement on hand when it does. I would like the company to send me this information "how to buy a replacement seat?" It is the size I expected and works well in my space. The dual flush works well. My plumber had a little difficulty with the attachment screws (the angle) but was successful Please send me replacement part information thank you

My old toilets always clogged in the past. This one does not as much and when you do need to plunge it, it only takes like two plunges to get things flowing again. Great suction, way easier to deal with.

Replaced a regular sized toilet in a smaller powder room with this little guy. It fits well and looks great. It’s heavier than a normal one and the package it came in needed a dolly to get in the house. The packaging was also a challenge and getting it out of the box took some effort, but it was certainly well protected. It also was more difficult to install mainly because of it being one piece instead of the usual separate base and tank. It’s at least a two person job because of the weight and getting the screws through the side holes required some help as well. Now that it’s installed, we like it a lot.

This item was bought for my very small powder room that I just remodeled. It came before the date and it was well packaged to the point where I thought it was too big. I loved the shape, I loved the way it fit into the space. I am particularly impressed with the double flush. It fills quite quickly. It really gave my powder room a really nice look. My contractor commented it should have been in my master bathroom. The soft close works perfectly but I am really not impressed with the seat, I think it's really cheap and cheap looking for the unit. I will be ordering another for my master bathroom.
