Self-cleans very well. Every once in a while, manual cleaning is needed, but nowhere near our old ones. Sleek design, and installation is easy once you do a few. Installation tips: If you use wooden support to elevate the bottom of the bowl above the flange bolts, then slide in but not all the way so you can attach the water line first. Then slide in further to match the bolt hole on the toilet to the bolt from the flange. Then drop one side slowly as you thread in the bolt, then repeat with the other. Definitely helps if you have one other person.

I love the design, the 1 piece. It’s easy to clean the exterior. However, 💩 sticks to the inside of the bowl. I have to constantly clean the bowl. This is the first time I have had a toilet that the 💩 sticks to the bowl, it’s awful. This wasn’t an issue with my old toilet. Also installation is difficult. Very little room to work between the wall and the toilet. The seat isn’t bidet compatible, I have had the seat break one bidet. Without bidet bumpers, which come off if you get cleaning solution on them. Without bumpers it forces the bidet down and therefore doesn’t spray where needed.

The packages arrived in good shape. Enough padding provided. No cracking seen. I got two of them for each of my bathrooms. They are super heavy (due to being 1 piece). Our plumber came with an assistant to move it. Needed a stair dolly to get it upstairs. Looks modern and sleek. Efficient use of water. Works well so far. Cannot comment on the long term quality of parts inside the tank. Big upgrade from my previous one that used a lot of water and still would flush everything down. Install is tricky to do yourself due to weight and the difficulty in seeing the wax ring due to the skirted base. A skilled plumber should have no problem though. Also it is hard to reach behind the toilet to connect the water. Once setup , its awesome.

I bought and installed two of these in my house. Toilet is beautiful and gets compliments for looks. It works alright too, haven't had any clogs or issues in nearly one year. There are 3 concerns. 1. Installation can be difficult if there is something next to the toilet like a shower door or vanity. Most small bathrooms have this issue, so watch out. 2. The toilet seat is uncomfortable as it is narrow and not flat. So, no resting for a long time. 3. Dual flush buttons aren't well aligned to the inside areas they need to push. The top lid doesn't snap in place. So you may find that the buttons are stuck once in a while. You adjust the lid a bit and buttons start working again. Seller is also offering a left or right flush option, which may not have this problem. Overall, great price for a good looking piece. Hope the manufacturer sees the feedback and improves the product for even more traction.

The worst toilet ever… do not be fool by the look. It looks pretty but worst than an American standard $89 toilet . I had it only over two years, it has clotted every couple of months. Now the unit broke completely, drain all my well water that causes me $500 to repair the well and better yet, the part to fix this $400 dollar is in back order till the end of sept. Talked to customer service basically the message is too bad” I’m stuck with this toilet or buy another one”. Guess what this is the only Swiss Madison I got and will be the last.

It's a nice, large toilet, very comfortable, and has a nice, modern look. I did have to move my water supply, as the back of the toilet goes to the wall, so the existing water supply line was in the way. It's not a big deal if you are doing a renovation, but if you are looking to just change your toilet, be aware of this. I would buy it again.

I loveeeee my toilets :) super sexy and sleek. I ordered 1 of these and it came in a perfect condition, it was packages amazing. My contractor had no problem installing it but you need space on the sides to connect it inside. My other toilet came in few weeks later and it was broken, I was on the crunch time and emailed Swiss Madison. I had an email and a call to follow and I got a new toilet quick and they reimbursed me for the broken one. Also one of the parts was a different color and they shipped that part right away so customer service is amazing and Im thinking of getting my 3rd toilet from them and recommend it to others. It’s so easy to get upset and write a bad review, but I suggest to talk to them first before making quick decisions. We are all human and things break on the way here, it comes by UPS and accidents happen, doesn’t mean the toilet is not worth 5 stars lol I’m very picky and I have a modern style so before I bought these toilets I did an extensive search. For this price, size and what it offers, it’s one of the best on the markets. I’m in real estate, I’m also an interior designer so I know my stuff. Get this toilet and you won’t be disappointed I promise :)

Love this toilet design and Swiss workmanship however it’s will not work in my home with shit off valve 1/8” too close. Talk about frustrating. It’s 108 lbs. pavking was beyond fabulous! I got it up 2 flights of stairs carefully rolling the box up each step. Guess what? Not even a scratch! Packing is best in business but toilet is heavy! Needless to say, unpacked as soon as I git it in house, checked it for any damage and once cleared trashed box and left in bathroom for plumber install. Was not goi g to tackle this one on my own. All comments tell you it’s a tough job for one let alone e two. Had plenty of space on either side of toilet. Fit to drain was perfect but when we went to drop it slowing back into place that’s when the problems started. It was IN place but damn shut off valve was in off position and there was zero way to turn water on as toilet base was literally right at valve. All I needed was 1/8” inch to have a smidge of space to the valve pipe but even then, no way to turn it on. So BE CAUTIOUS and MEASURE MEASURE MEASURE not only back wall to center of current drain but ALSO center of drain to shut off valves!!! If you donot have any play in space look at another toilet. It’s a shame. Love this piece but for now it sits in a bedroom closet til I find a buyer or get 2 helpers to help me get it back down the stairs to bring to the new house. Don’t make my mistake!!!
