  • Works, hummms along (reasonably quiet), seems very sturdy - I feel comfortable recommending it
Color: Black
Only a few months' use, several times a week, brisk walk - so far, so good. I live in a condo and this fits very well in the alcove near my dining area. Love it, actually. Good size for a small space. Yes, it was a bear to get up two flights of stairs, but hopefully heavy means durable! It's quiet - just a hummmm, and I put on inspirational music or videos as I walk. Super easy to use - just switch it on at the front base. Renew the silicone beneath the walking mat every so often (I think it's silicone - it came with it and a handy tube to dispense it back under the mat). So yes, I can recommend this. I haven't tried folding it. Don't need to. It has a small enouogh footprint that I am happy with it in the alcove. ... show more

  • Better than other brands by far!!
Color: Dark
I love it so much. It's so motivating without the app and with the app it's addicting. Love this machine so much compared to the other brand I ordered here on Amazon and returned. I've multiple people recommend the Deerrun brand and based of my previous experience with walking pads I was skeptical. The quality of this specific brand is so great!! It's lightweight but doesn't feel cheap. It's pretty quiet in my opinion. I can use it without waking up my family in the morning. It's perfect for my small apartment. I love that I can increase speed more than most walking pads. The set up is super simple I was walking in less than 3 minutes of unboxing it. It's super cute. I definitely would recommend this to anyone and I am considering buy more equipment from this brand. ... show more

  • Great product that come with outstanding customer service!
I have been looking for a few months for the perfect treadmill to get some walking time in during the cold months. Being a type 2 diabetic that is important in helping maintain blood sugar control. After searching and reading reviews I decided that this would be the perfect machine for my needs. It has the handle bar with controls to help with stability while walking. It has a very sturdy walking deck for easy step on or off while in motion. It come with a remote control that you can use to start, stop or adjust speeds without using the handle bar. It's an overall great treadmill. Let's talk a little about the customer service at Deerrun. My first machine arrived on a Friday. I set it up Sunday morning to try it out and there was an issue with the machine. It powered up but wouldn't run. I called the service number and explained what the issue was and the agent walked me through a reset process which failed to work. After talking for a few minutes the agent ask me to email a photo of the error code and serial number, which I did. Shortly after I received a reply in which I was told I would have to return the machine and they would send out a new replacement. My first thought was how much of a pain this was going to be but to my surprise the situation went very smoothly. I repacked the machine which was very easy. The next day (Monday) I received the shipping label via email, printed and applied it to the box. I went online to Fedex and scheduled a pickup for Tuesday. They came Tuesday afternoon and loaded the unit up and it was off to California. It took a few day to get there, once received I got an email with a tracking number for the new unit. It came a couple days later and has been a great working unit so far. I really do think its a great treadmill and the customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process. I highly recommend DeerRun treadmills if you're in the market. ... show more

  • ⭐️ 1 Star – Save Yourself the Headache. This Has Been a Nightmare from Start to Finish.
Update 11/16/25 ⭐️ 1 Star – Save Yourself the Headache. This Has Been a Nightmare from Start to Finish. I purchased the first treadmill almost a month ago, and before the 30-day return window even closed, the keypad stopped working. The only way to use it was with the remote—clearly a defect. I contacted Amazon, and they agreed to send a replacement. The replacement arrived, and that one was even worse. The keypad didn’t work, and the remote didn’t work either. Completely inoperable. So now I’m sitting with two defective, heavy treadmills that I had already dragged up to my second floor. When I contacted Amazon again, they told me that because this was an outside seller, I needed to return both treadmills myself. No pickup option. No assistance. I would literally have to find a way to haul two full-size treadmills down a staircase, into a vehicle, and into a drop-off location. That alone is unreasonable. I offered a solution: since the first treadmill only works with the remote (and who knows how long that will last), I asked for a partial refund and told them they could take back the fully defective second unit. I was told they couldn’t do a partial refund and would have to involve the seller. That’s where things got even worse. Every time I message the seller, a different person replies. Every time, I have to start from scratch. They keep asking for more and more information—photos, videos, serial numbers, explanations. I can’t upload videos through the Amazon app, and I’ve already provided photos. Instead of helping, they keep repeating themselves and making the process unnecessarily difficult. The final straw was when they told me to “find the email address in the manual” so I could send a video there. Instead of simply giving me the email directly, they pointed me in circles. It felt like a tactic to discourage me from continuing the complaint. I reached out to Amazon again to explain what’s happening, because at this point it’s clear the issue won’t get resolved by the seller. Meanwhile, I’m scrambling to find someone who can help me carry two treadmills from my second floor, into a vehicle, and into a store—all for products that shouldn’t have been defective in the first place. Two malfunctioning treadmills in less than a month, no straightforward support, and no reasonable return solution. If you’re considering buying this treadmill, don’t. If anything goes wrong, you’ll be stuck dealing with a seller who makes the process exhausting and a return system that offers no real help. Save yourself the frustration and choose a different product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) I’ve had this treadmill for about a month now, and up until recently, I was pretty happy with it. Unfortunately, the keypad suddenly stopped working. None of the buttons respond — I can’t start, stop, pause, or adjust the speed from the treadmill itself. The only way to increase or decrease the speed now is by using the remote. Thankfully, the safety key that clips onto your clothes still works, but the keypad issue is frustrating, especially this early on. On the positive side, the treadmill isn’t loud — definitely quieter than the Viral TikTok treadmill I used before. It also feels sturdy and durable, supporting up to 300 lbs, which I really appreciate. I also like that it goes up to around 7.5 mph, and the handlebar height is perfect (unlike the Viral TikTok one, which was too low). That said, this treadmill is heavy, and getting it upstairs to my home gym was no small task. I’ve already requested a replacement since I don’t think the keypad will start working again, but it’s definitely an inconvenience to have to ship this one back and wait for a new one. If I end up having the same issue with the replacement, I probably won’t go through the return process again — it’s just too much hassle. Overall, it’s a solid treadmill when it works, but the keypad issue after just a month is disappointing. I’ll be sure to update this review once I’ve had more time with the replacement. ... show more

  • Works great, even for Big and Tall folks!
Color: Black
I have had this for a few month. It is a really great walking pad. I works great with the stand up or down and I like having physical buttons incase the remote gets lost or broken. (lesson I learned from a friend) I'm 6'6" and currently 260ils. I got this when I was around 300lbs and it has worked flawlessly for me. It took a bit to get use to the smaller than ideal (for my size) tread belt width. My wife loves it too (she is 6'), and it is easy to move from room to room. It has held up so far with out any issues with both of use using it, seems to be very durable. It is a great size and easy to store. It works very smoothly and can be controlled with the app or remote and the actual buttons on it. That alone is worth the upgrade, since it can be used with the arms down or up. The app is a lot of fun too. But the absolute best part is being able to use it with my sit/stand desk. Makes hours at the desk mean something more and keeps me moving. I use it while working, playing games, or just cruising the web. It is a worth while investment for hours at a desk or just want to get the steps in when outside isn't an option. ... show more

  • Great concept but execution has problems
Color: Black
The walking pad treadmill / purchased in Feb 2026: Pros: 1) It's compact and the perfect size for my small space. A traditional treadmill would be way too big, bulky, and heavy. 2) I'm very happy I got a walking pad with a handle bar. It steadies me if the performance of the treadmill is wonky. More on that in the cons. 3) I like how the controls are on the handle bar. It's much easier to use than relying on a remote. And much safer if I need to quickly hit pause. 4) Having a treadmill in my home enables me to be consistent with my exercise. 5) The delivery was quick. Cons: 1) FedEx delivered this and they DROPPED it on my doorstep. The box says explicitly "don't drop". Yet I heard a loud thud and then a second thud. It weighs 70 pounds. 2) When I unpacked the treadmill, one of the wheels didn't work. It didn't turn. It's jammed against the back of its "socket". This was super disappointing as one of the main reasons I chose this walking pad was because it has wheels and is foldable. 3) I've been using the treadmill every day. When it was delivered, the belt was centered. a) Over time, the belt has moved to the left. b) Recently, the belt jumps or jerks as I'm walking on it. I grab the handle bar to keep from falling. Obviously, this is a safety issue. 4) The box included 4 identical items that were not in the user manual. I have no idea what they are for. I wrote DeerRun support today and will update my review once they respond. I'm wondering if a local repair person can fix these issues or if I need to return/exchange this machine. If I have to return it, I hope FedEx can pick it up at my door as this is very heavy (70 pounds). I spent 4-6 hours on Amazon looking at all the walking pad options (reading specs, reading reviews, going to manufacture websites) before I decided on this brand and model. There are WAY too many walking pad vendors on Amazon. It's overwhelming. I wish Amazon would curate and limit products to truly the highest quality products. But they don't, so buyer beware. I chose DeerRun because of the handle bar with the controls, because of the front wheels, and because it wasn't super light (some are 30 pounds!) but it wasn't super heavy like a traditional treadmill. I was hoping since it was a more substantial walking pad that it would be safer and more reliable. BUT, that hasn't been the case. The belt jumping/jerking is a safety issue. Second, the belt moving to the left after a week of use and the jammed wheel when I opened the box - both demonstrate poor manufacturing and quality control. You get what you pay for. This item cost me $240 including tax. It's not the cheapest walking pad (some are $90!) but it's not the most expensive. I'm wondering if it's worth spending $500 - $700 to get a higher quality walking pad...? Time will tell... I'm waiting to hear from DeerRun product support. ... show more

  • Works so far! Pleasantly surprised. 🤞 Works so far! Pleasantly surprised. 🤞
Literally just got this DeerRun pink little foldable walking pad delivered today! I’m glad my husband was here to bring it up the stairs. A little heavy for me at like 62lbs, I think I read. So we immediately set it up. Overall, it was a quick set up but there were steps that made it a little confusing. When I tried making my PitPat account (the app), in order to register and start the 365 day warranty, it kept asking for a verification code when I was trying to register. It wasn’t a text, it wasn’t on the walking pad that I could find, it wasn’t in the quick start paper work, or manual. I finally got it going by choosing google as the sign up option. And that did not ask for a verification code. 🤔 It is just slightly bigger and heavier than I imagined. It is harder to move than I thought it would be. It does have wheels under the heavy part (front) but my home is carpeted. I don’t know if that could be a reason or not. I didn’t know it, and purchased some additional, but it does come with some belt lubricant. Connecting to the app/device was really simple. The belt already went off center but it tells you how to adjust it. So I read the booklet and watched a quick video, and it was an easy adjustment. I only used it for a few minutes today to make sure it worked but so far so good!! At first I thought it might not go, cause I’m a little heavy at 200lbs and it felt a little jerky. Lolol. But it went!! I wish I had some sort of speed memory button? I dunno. I’ll see, I’ve never had a treadmill before so I don’t know how to comment about its durability. And I forgot to test the remote. But the remote came with a battery and a spare! And a little wrist lanyard too. Hope to come back and comment more about it after I use it a bit more. Edit to add: I just did 30 mins straight on it this AM. And it went just fine! I don’t really understand the point of the app yet. But I haven’t really dove into it yet either. Not sure I need to. ... show more
