Super solid to walk on. I keep speed 2mph or less. Easy controls. Pad comfortable to walk on (I use barefoot) and quiet. I read on the thing. Yes the beeps are a bit annoying but that’s just start & speed adjust - once I’m walking there’s no need for any more beeps. I love it

This Deer run treadmill is great for it's compact size, quite operation and solid minimalist construction. The remote is a great feature being able to have the controls attached to you with the silicone wristlet gives you ease of access and incorporated with the safety shut-off clip you could just step off and the clip will shut it off if you don't have the remote in hand. Oh yes very easy to assemble all tools included check out the pictures and video. The treadmill was over 80 lbs. But in my opinion that is a good thing I have seen some advertised at 45 pounds and claim to have a capacity of 300 pounds seems very sketchy in my opinion. Overall worth the price and would buy again.

Easy to set up. Takes minutes. Join the pitpat thing. It's interactive and fun. There's even a facebook group. Only complaints are the placement of the cord and the length. I need to use an extension cord to plug it in..... unless i want to face a boring wall 🤣 those few extra feet make a difference! And the laptop pad is made of cheap particle board. The clip fell off because the screw wasn't able to stay in place. It still sits on the stand, but it's down to three clips, so it wiggles a bit. I worry the others might also eventually come loose. Otherwise its a good machine. Sturdy. Not terribly heavy or too awkward or bulky. I was worried it was either going to be too big or too small. It's perfect.. Everything works. No funny noises. In fact, it's relatively quiet. Quieter if you wear good running shoes. Oil it when you get it. Don't wait for it to start acting up. After that, just follow the maintenance instructions in the booklet.

I am 5'2" and I fit perfectly on this treadmill. Not as small as I thought wich is perfect. It's great quality and not to heavy, it has wheels which really help out. The design of the whole unit is perfect. It is so easy to set up. I had it open and set up in less than 20 min. Works well and the speed is quite fast. Best value for my money. A great company and a perfect addition for my home gym.

I purchased the DeerRun A1 Pro treadmill from a third-party seller on Amazon, and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Right away, the treadmill felt unsafe. The handles would not screw in tightly enough and continued to move while exercising no matter how much I tried to secure them. For a piece of exercise equipment, that is a major safety concern. After requesting a return through Amazon, I was told I would have to pay return shipping. I then contacted DeerRun directly, and they told me to cancel the Amazon return because they would provide me with a prepaid shipping label through their company instead. That shipping label never came. Instead, they started offering me gift cards to keep the treadmill. First it was a $20 gift card to keep a $350 treadmill that felt unsafe to use. I clearly told them multiple times that I did NOT want compensation — I wanted to return the defective treadmill. Their response? They increased the offer to a $30 gift card. At that point, all I could do was laugh because the situation was so ridiculous. Eventually, I had to go back through Amazon and file a claim to get help. Maybe I received a faulty treadmill, but the customer service alone was enough for me to never purchase from this company again. A company should stand behind its products and prioritize customer safety, especially when someone reports equipment that feels unsafe during use. 0/10 customer service experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you want to risk being stuck with an unsafe product and no real support. I had to give a rating and the 1 star was the lowerest option but this is definitely a ZERO star in my book.

Reviewed in the United States on May 29, 2026 by Not good material. The zipper pieces keep falling off. I have lot 3 within the 2 weeks I have been using this backpack. No not waist your money.
I received mine yesterday. It was very heavy at 100 lbs to get in the door and then into the room I had set aside for it! I had to unpack it outside and bring it in the front door and then to a handtruck to move it to the room. You need 2 people to be able to do this (my husband helped as much as he could with a bad leg!) It set up very quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised at it’s smooth performance and how quiet it is. I plan to leave it where it is mostly and not move it around unless I have to because of the weight of it. On the other hand, because it has some weight to it , I think it is good and sturdy. I haven’t tried it with the incline yet but that was a feature I definitely wanted. Great piece of equipment for the price!

The treadmill runs great. I have had it for several months now. However, it has a loud beeping noise when you turn it on and when you adjust the speed. It disturbs my dogs and family so much that I can only use it when they are awake. No more morning workouts when everyone is asleep. This would have been a 5 star review other than that one detail.
