This is a no star. It would be negative if I could. This bike didn’t make it past its initial ride before the battery fell off in spite it being locked. The breaks don’t work, the handlebar was broke upon opening the box. The piece wasn’t even in the box so therefore it was sent that way. I initiated a return only to find out I have to pay shipping which came to $500.00, more than half of the cost of the bike. I ordered from Amazon because their return policy is usually really good. This is by far the worst Amazon experience I have ever had and this company’s product is terrible. ... show more

I was very unhappy with this purchase because it did not work at all when it arrived. I tried every possible troubleshooting step, but it would not power on. For a brand-new product, this level of performance is unacceptable. I would not purchase this again.
