I had an ankle operation and complications in my foot so I am unable to work on uneven ground without a lot of pain. I love to garden and have chickens to care for. I did a lot of research on the type of mobility scooter I wanted and which features I needed. This one was exactly what I was looking for. I've had it for over a month now and I use it daily to go to my raised beds garden on uneven grass terrain and to take care of my chickens. It is easy to break down and load into our van, it is not very heavy to lift, according to my husband, because the battery and seat can be removed. It is sturdy, easy to operate, easy to charge, holds a charge for a long period of time, rides on grass easily as well as flat surfaces, took it to an amusement park recently. It is airplane approved so I am planning to take it on a trip in the fall. I am very happy I bought this scooter, I would buy it again. This scooter took me out of my frustrated depression and gave me mobility freedom. I am so glad I found this scooter. Thank you. ... show more

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY - Very poor Customer Service
Wow, super fast delivery! Ordered this scooter on 6/5/26; received it on 6/9/26. SEE UPDATE BELOW It's small, which will be great when using it indoors, whether in the house or out shopping or visiting landmarks. After charging it overnight, I rode it around my property to see how it handled. My lawns are uneven, bumpy; that part was quite a ride, almost amusement park ride bumpy. It bounced me around a bit, I didn't fall out! It's lightweight, so you will feel every bump. On asphalt, paved, evenly graded sand/dirt roads, it handles well. I like the USB plug to keep my phone charged. The included cup holder was a nice thought, but it is way too small; my drink cup won't fit. I will, however, use it to hold my phone and put my drink cup in the basket as I have always done with my previous scooter. Too bad they didn't put a cell phone holder instead. In my opinion that would have been more useful since they put a USB port in. I don't know how durable it will be after using it for years, so I cannot comment regarding same. I hope it holds up as long as my 3-wheeled Pride scooter did - 10+ years. It was so old, they could not get parts for it. I'm planning to go on a road trip and visit some landmarks along the way. I am unable to walk great distances, and needed a mobility scooter and since my Pride scooter died, I chose this one. I could not afford to purchase another Pride, they're over $1,000 to start. I do think this DECOMIL mobility scooter will suit my needs adequately. One advantage this scooter has over my Pride scooter, is that it folds up and fits in the back of my car! Not a bad looking little scooter. All in all, I think it's a pretty good investment. UPDATE: August 3, 2026 - DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have done a complete turn-around and changed my 5-star review to a 1-star; if I could give it 0-stars, I would. Purchased this in June 2026. I wrote the above review a few days after receiving it and gave it a 5-star rating. That changed after dealing with Decomil Customer Service. I had secured it to my wheelchair carrier on the back of my RV. On June 28th, I drove from Central NY to Cape Cod Massachusetts, roughly about a 4.5 hour drive. When I arrived at my destination, and went to take my scooter off to use, the battery was missing. Somehow during the drive, the battery literally popped out of the scooter and ended up who knows where. I contacted the Decomil Customer Service. They were absolutely NO HELP. They claimed they did not have any batteries and told me to check Amazon to purchase another one. I found NONE of the batteries offered by Amazon were compatible with Decomil mobility scooter. After fighting with Decomil for a week, they did send me a battery - it was NOT compatible. The battery was abused looking - dents and scratches all over it and it was dead; I think they took it out of the trash and sent it to me. I tried charging it, overnight, but it never worked! Now I have a brand new scooter, but no way to use it and no way to replace the battery. I dropped over $500 for garbage. Typically, batteries in scooters last maybe one to two years before needing replacement (I know this for a fact from owning quality made scooters by Pride). Once the battery goes, you may as well toss the scooter, you won't be able to replace it. It's truly a shame, it's a nice looking scooter and probably would have been handy, but... ... show more

I am a big guy and it works perfectly!!!
I recently bought this mobilty scooter for myself, recognizing the need for a reliable solution to address occasional leg discomfort. The product was promptly delivered in a secure, sturdy, and enclosed box, ensuring its perfect condition upon arrival I am 216 pound and almost 5.9”. With leg pain moving around is not plesent experince for me. This scooter has made a real difference, easing my leg discomfort and letting me move around effortlessly for longer periods. I really like a few things about this scooter one is removable front basket, and cup holder making it easier to carry personal items. The other one is addtion of a USB port is a nice touch, allowing me to stay connected and charged while using it. It is actually really easy to set up. You can watch the video in product page. Mounting the seat was the only task required. The control panel is easy to understand. The charging and usage data align with the information provided on the productpage up until this date. I recently got a Decomil scooter to help me get around more easily, and it’s been great. The legroom is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to sit for longer periods. The USB port is a nice touch, letting me charge my phone on the go. The ride is smooth, even on bumpy sidewalks. I also love the front cup holder; it’s perfect for keeping my water bottle handy. Love the scooter but battery dies pretty quickly?? Even on a full 12 hour charge I’m getting maybe 30-35 minutes of drive time! Battery must be old/bad…..where do I purchase another that fits??
