Updating... I left it on the charger and it finally charged up. Not sure what the delay was, but it sure did take a while to register the need to charge. Felt confident enough, bought another one for a friend. I guess I'll get maybe one or 2 more jumps out this thing before it goes in the landfill. Stinks because it actually works. Speaking as a never jump started a car before this, I am thrilled. My car has a small battery and leaving a door ajar for a few minutes wears down the battery. I got tired of asking others for help, and if I was forced to call AAA, it took forever. This is actually cute I got the red one, cheaper than the other color, and it came on time. It’s compact in its own case that could be carried in a backpack, bag or briefcase. I mention the backpack because it has a built in compass, a light, a flashing light, is able to charge your phone or notebook. I have not tried anything but the charger Having never used a charger, and having my hubs remind me on never touching the red and the black I was scared. It took me awhile to get the clamps on the battery. I was worried I might have crossed the cables, but in the literature, it says you’ll get a flashing light saying RC. Cool. I get everything hooked up, and saw I had a 98% charge. So that is good. Im waiting for it to charge and get into the car. Still dead. I see thre hyphens coming across the charger cables, thinking it’s broken. I take it back off the battery I think I probably did everything dumb begore I reread the directions So battery charger newbies. Don’t make it difficult. It was actually so simple I’m ashamed I didn’t figure it out right away. Do read the instructions and charhe the battery up to 100%. It last for a long time I turned it on hooked up the jumper cables, saw a green light with voltage and knee it was good to go. I got in the car and the engine petted to life! I’ve read that almost every vehicle is instantly charged. By waiting, those hyphen were meant to tell me it had been too long. I needed to turn off and restart Duh. I think anyone with an older vehicle or a small sports car should carry one of tbe with you. Having tbe compass, flashlight and especially cell phone charge can be invaluable To think I was going yo return because I had tried everything but the simple stuff You won’t be sorry. Now that my car is charged, going to take on a Sunday drive complete with the charger just in case

I purchased this charger a few years ago for my farm and have really loved it. I use it for tractor, truck and personal car. Its portable, reliable and easy to recharge. Loving it, I just purchased another one for my parents to have in their car. I was disappointed to see that they've removed all the accessories from the product. There is a usb-c charging cable, but not even an adapter to plug it into the wall. This feel a bit cheap. When I buy a product, I'd like to think I'm getting everything I need to use it. They should have at LEAST included the wall adapter (they're cheap, and I wouldn't even mind paying a few extra bucks to avoid the hassle and packaging of a second order). I'm also diappointed that there isn't a car adapter for power recharging or other adapters for other devices. The car adapter is a must have, because I have a lot of older vehicles (no usb charging port) that would be helpful to recharge the device when I'm on the road. In short - great product, and disappointed that they downgraded the quality on the inexpensive but very useful accessories.

This little guy has already saved me twice in the several months I've had it. Holds a charge for way longer than you would expect. So small but packs a big punch. I just charge it whenever I think of it (every few months) and the thing is ready to go when needed! Got one for my sister to have in her car. It's great.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this replacing another previous model that when I tried to use did not work to jumpstart my vehicle. I was told by DBPOWER that it was out of warranty, which it was by two months. So I thought I needed more power to jumpstart my vehicle. Right out of the box when I powered this on the battery started draining with nothing connected to it. I called customer and they gave me a $10 credit and asked I completely charge it to 100%. Which I had already done but retried. Once again as soon as I powered it on it began draining. By the time I made it out to my vehicle it had drained to 70% and didn’t work to jumpstart my vehicle. I tried turning it off, recharging to 100% and ended up draining again as soon as I powered it on. When I called customer service, they suggested I go through the same process again. I returned it the next day. Back to searching for a better alternative. I was sent a new replacement free of charge and the customer service rep was very kind. However once again, as soon as the jump starter reads 100% and I unplug it, the power starts dropping instantly. I’m still waiting g to hear back about this reoccurring issue. I would not buy this again as it’s my third one exhibiting the same issue. Hope to hear they’ve resolved the issue in one manner or another.
