    • Fabulous Camera Setup!
This camera setup is awesome! It does everything I need it to do and more. I got the hardwire kit so the unit can monitor my truck while parked. The only aspect I did not like was not having the option to turn the MPH from the recorded videos. I fixed this by cutting the wire on the suction cup mount that feeds the GPS signal. The time and date watermark still work perfectly, but there is no speed recorded. Love it! ... show more

so far these have captured everything on a trip even the audio sometimes it gets a little jumbled with the audio in the background but the video is spot on although it does look like you're kind of driving in slow motion but it's very stable

Front cam was easy install, haven't gotten to the back one yet, but it's probably just as easy. The QR code that takes you to play store, the reviews were terrible, and I don't trust some apps, so I took one person's review to getting an SD card reader/adapter instead. Looking at the videos, I can see how bad our roads really are, so glad my taxes fix something 😖, but the videos are clear, even if they stop and restart every few minutes. I hope I can get into the menu to correct the time stamp and change kph to mph, other than that, I think this will be quite helpful in the event of any road problems, and it was a good deal. ... show more

I bought the item more than a year ago. And now there was an issue on the suction cup mount, fell and broken the nect of the mount. So I was trying to contact the seller to buy the replacement of the mount, only explaining what the issue was. The seller kindly and simply responded with a replacement of whole thing without any charge or any more hassle. In general, the mounting part of most of the relevant products in any manufacturing could indeed have a durability issue in direct sunlight in most current relevant technologies, but the seller's customer service is truly nice and uniquely the best among all sellers.     • Issues with two units - not recommended.
The first one had issues with recordings - sometimes it was skipping recordings, sometimes laggy recordings. Tried a different SD card with same results, so I returned for an exchange. The new one had different issues - some options in the menu were missing; the speed was only displayed in kmh and no mph; also the timestamp was automatically changed by the GPS and the time zone setup was missing. What is even worse, is their customer support - they replied to my first email after a week, with copy/paste (and useless) information about how to change the setting. No reply to my second one. Dash camera seems nice but the microSd card that came with it didnt work right off! So had to get a new one cant reach seller and amazon gave me a 5$ credit for a 22$ sd card! Im going on vacation and dont have time to wait for a replacement or have a time for a refund because i want a dash cam for traveling. But i gave 2 stars because the dash camera isnt any good without a SD CARD! ... show more
