I highly recommend this chair! The seat is large and covers my thigh area for great support of my legs so I don't have to scoot back and forth to get in the right position for the back support. The cushion is fairly thick, for comfortable sitting. Maybe not quite as thick as I might like, but hopefully, it holds up for a while. The back has the lumbar support in the correct spot, it's not too low and fits right into the lumbar area of my back. It has an adjustable lumbar support piece to reach, I would say, most lumbar areas of people's backs being able to move up or down quite a bit (the description said 2 inches and I would say that is about right.) The headrest doesn't go quite as low to support my neck as I would like, I'm 5'2", but my head does sit on it just fine for that restful moment. Even though the frame is plastic and some might say it is "cheap", I'm fine with that material, it makes the chair nice and light. The wheels move easily and smoothly on my chair mat. I actually think the top back part of the chair is a little too "ergonomic" and sits back a little too far. It gives good "ergonomic" support for the lower back, back I would prefer to sit a little more upright rather than the top part of my back sitting so far back. But with the headrest support, it will work. I have been sitting on this cushion for around 3 hours now, and I am finding it is not as cushy as I expected. I can feel the metal under the seat after 4 hours of sitting on it. Very disappointed. The whole reason I bought this chair is because it showed a nice thick seat, NOT. So if a nice thick cushy seat is important for long term sitting during work and such, this would not be the one!

This is one of the most comfortable computer chairs I've ever bought. Thanks to the adjustable headrest and lumbar support, it has truly transformed my sitting experience. I spend countless hours in front of my computer, and the chair is supporting me way long enough to finish my job along with a cozy rest and relax for a while. Additionally, the build quality and materials are excellent. The breathable mesh backrest keeps me cool even during hot summer days. The sturdy construction and smooth-rolling casters make it easy to move around. Not to mention the ease of assembly with the tools well packed. The clear instructions and A pair of gloves is an incredible and thoughtful idea. I must say it has exceeded all my expectations, and is highly worthy of recommendation.

I was excited to get a new chair that was supposed to be ergonomic. Clear and simple assembly, took less than 20 minutes! Good looking lines and nice fabric,It’s comfortable, supportive, and easy to adjust. The arm rests are at a good height and cushioned which was great. I got it to replace my chair I got from staples earlier. And I love the he arms being able to flip up. This was a big selling point for me for my living room desk. I would highly recommend this for those working long hour desk jobs.

Assembly was very easy and fast. Chair feels comfortable, unsure if it'll hold up over time at 200lbs of goodness. Only con is the fabric, it's extremely cheap and looks like those flammable materials. I've already rubbed off some of the fabric and looks like lint with just one sitting. For the price, comfort level n ease of setup I decided to just out an extra towel on top of the chair. Solid 4 in my book. Definitely get the black!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this before the item had any reviews. I thought the base looked comfortable with the extra cushion over other chairs. I put together with no issue. Parts looked a little weak when considering the description says "Max capacity :300lb". 1st time I sat on chair I could feel that it was unstable. It appears all lower components from the seat bottom down to the wheels flex and make it feel like your sitting on a pole. The chair leans in all directions depending on how you move. I have included a video so you can see the chair components flex. I weigh 225lb and my wife tried it out and found it to be wobbly for her 100 lbs. Watch the grammar in the other reviews. I cannot see how anyone could give this chair a 5 star review unless.....

I chose this chair because I needed something with a thick padded cushion and lumbar support.The chair is well packaged with each part wrapped tightly in bubble wrap or in a separate box.This chair is very comfortable and sturdy.A lot of adjustable parts to make it a good fit. Headrest is adjustable in height in addition to the rotation. Same with armrest and lumbar all adjustable in multiple directions.Support is very responsive.Its easy to assemble using the provided bolts.

The chair is fairly comfortable however the cushion is not as thick as one would like as far as the headrest it's quite useless in a normal working position as you would have to wait back to even use the headrest probably spend more money for a better chair next time
