    • Stays in one corner for 90 minutes, doesn’t do anything
This robot vacuum goes to one corner of my pool and then goes back three feet, then forward back into the corner three feet. Over and over again. For 90 minutes. Then it’s out of battery. It doesn’t come close to cleaning the whole pool. Except for that corner, and whatever path it took to get there, the pool is still dirty. Maybe it’s because I have sloped/soft corners in my pool. I don’t have 90 degree angles. But it gets stuck in that same corner every time. I can use a pole to move the robot to a different part of the pool. But within 5 minutes it ends up back in the same corner, going back and forth. I’ve tried 5 separate times and it just doesn’t work. It’s a very simple robot. It pulls water in one way and pushes it out the other side. Then it will reverse the direction of the flow and push water out the other side, to go the reverse direction. The idea seems fine. But there is no kind of “smart” technology around the path. I think it’s just random. And for my pool the path always ends up with the robot in the same place going back and forth endlessly.     • Worst purchase!
Had high hopes with this vacuum. All the reviews seemed amazing, making a decision to buy fairly easy. Package showed up and was super excited. Put it in the pool for the 1st time after a full charge and all it did was move forward 2 feet and back 2 feet in a straight line. No other movement. Left it for a little under a hour before the red light started to blink, indicating low battery. Charged it again and all it did was the same movement. Guess that's why some of these robot vacuums are over $1k. You get what you pay for, I suppose. ... show more

    • You get what you pay for.
I was happy that this was moving around doing something in my pool, only to see that it scratted up my brand-new fiberglass pool. Very disappointed. Pay the extra money and get something nice that will keep your pool, nice and clean without ruining it.
