I fell in love with it right away. When it first arrived I was intimidated by the responsibility of putting it together. I couldnt find parts right under my nose. I just started at the beginning of the installation video Cybervello provides and did a step and pause the video pretty soon it was assembled. Probably took 2 hours but I didnt rush. Really a wonderful way to fully examine the product. The product. They claim 400 lb. capacity. I believe it wholehearted. I wouldnt hesitate to have an extra sit on the back seat for a short distance. Solid and made for many miles. The power. It is my first ebike but right away i knew it could easily pull my 215 lb frame. I do just zoom around everywhere.It is everything I hoped for really. I could say that milage may vary person to person and that would be true. But lets not kid ourselves thinking 80 miles for my body on a single charge. With everything there is a trade off. But I easily get 20+ leaning heavily on assist and just letting the electrons fly sometimes. Its not just the claims of ebike manufacturers plain ol physics is to blame. The motor does what it says it does the battery has the stated capacity. It simply takes more watts to carry me around. The quality of parts is precise and impecable. And i dont lavish praise often. I just fell in love with the thing. I costomized the paint job. Got some saddle bags the rear basket lets me know i can zoom down to the grocery store and haul back my groceries easily. I have absolutely been doing the math to see how many amp hours needed to go on bikepacking trips I do want to say on the value for money prompt. I dont understand how I, for less than 700 dollars get all these parts of such a stellar quality. Solid quality. Whos paying the miner. The painter. The press operator. What about the plastics mold operator. Whose paying them. Its a fantastic value if you think about it. I know youll love it ... show more

It came with the messed up tube, then I got it fixed. It doesn't go the speed It said it went, you can't see the monitor or the screen when it's daylight, I'm very disappointed in it.

Easy instructions, seems sturdy and well built. Only issue so far is the front headlight interfering with the rack while turning. Will have to look into this further. Very excited to put some miles on this e bike! Comes with a good manual and a 1 year warranty, happy with my purchase!

Shipping was fast. Seems to ride well enough so far. My kid loves it. A few issues. - When hitting bumps the rack hits the headlight. - There was a damaged and screw. - The key hole is misaligned. - The cables at the handlebar could use more slack. Quick customer service, able to resolve issues.
