Works well and I love it
I’ve only mad slushies and I’m absolutely in love with this machine. It’s easy to clean, easy to use. It does run 24 hours so that’s great because the last one I had would go off in the middle of the night and it’d be watery again. With this one it’s stays slushy. It has little noise.

Not compatible for sugar-free smoothies.
I'm very hurt. I bought this machine to make coffee smoothies but if you are making it with sugar-free products it will not produce a smoothie. You MUST have a certain amount of sugar to produce a smoothie...at least more than 10% sugar. The instructions state that if you don’t have enough sugar you should replace your ingredients with something with a higher amount of sugar. That doesn't work if you are a diabetic. I will be returning it. If I would have known about the sugar requirement I would have never bought it.

Worth every cent.
We use it everyday here in Texas. It’s extremely quiet. Slushes done in about 15 minutes. Clean up is snap with the self cleaning mode. We have made slushes, milkshakes and boozy slushes. I could not be happier.

Not worth it
It’s not a commercial grade machine so don’t expect much! Mine kept stopping and giving me error codes. I was only making a KoolAid slushie for my kids. The bowl isn’t that big so you won’t be making a lot of drinks. It’s whatever - not worth $200
