Not a memory foam (!). Pretty soft. If you compare it to that brand name lumbar roll, this one is much softer and provides less support because it squishes more when using. But some days this works for me better than the other one I mentioned. Depends on what you’re looking for

Pillow is very small. Less than 12". It is also very soft. There is no support. Came compressed flat. It did reinflate but it is really more suited for a child. It is no better than the mini pillow I've been using in my chair. I'll keep it for a neck rest but as a lumbar pillow this isn't it.

I bought this due to some low back pain when sitting in my office chair for long hours and also longer car rides. Nothing too crazy but just wanting some more lumbar support. This is useless. I can almost completely compress it with just my thumb and forefinger. I tried using it in my office chair and feel absolutely no support, in fact is it more uncomfortable than just a normal chair back. Pretty disappointing. And yes, I did wait a full 3 days after opening it for the foam to fully expand. I would try another product, don't waste your time on this.

I purchased the navy lumbar pillow. It has proven useful in a lot of situations. 1. I like the small size of it because I travel and it’s easy to pack or put in the small of my back while driving. 2. I use it during yoga for some poses - again the small size makes it convenient. 3. I have used it in the small of my neck laying down as my chiropractor has requested. It works perfectly for stretching out that area. 4. It is well made and the fabric is very soft. 5. It has a zipper so if it gets dirty you can remove the cover and wash it. 6. If it was larger you could use it under your knees to relieve back pain while laying in bed. 7. The belt will allow me to wear it around my waist and move to different places. Not something I have used as it’s just as easy to pick it up. If you are looking for a small lumbar pillow this fits the bill- would give it 5 Stars
