So what do I say about a curtain rod? it just sits there and that means it's good right? well this curtain rod had a very specific job. It had to hang two sections of curtain across A double door to insulate the northerly wind that furiously Blows in the winter. This is a heavy curtain and needs to be secured by a curtain rod sturdy enough long. So I mounted curtain to studs on both sides of the curtain and it works lovely. No sagging, no sticking, no Snagging. It just works like it's Supposed to. It's a good Curtain rod. ... show more

The way the rod is made makes it easy to assemble in varying lengths. The fact that the sections thread together instead of simply being two pieces that slide one inside the other seems to make the rod sturdier.

These curtain rods are nice and for a cheap price! My only issue is that one of the sides doesn't stay connected, but it's fine when being held up as it doesn't move.
