I did not have any problem with it sticking to my clothes-and it generated plenty of heat throughout the day. I had a patch on a pair of pjs-that went under my pillow-and when I pulled them out-12 hours later, they were still warm.

These back patches are at a good price. I don't believe that I was getting the results that I was hoping for. I am used to using back patches that you can stick to your back. These back patches are supposed to be stuck on top of your clothes. I did not feel that I was getting the same warmth as the ones that stick to your skin. ... show more

The patches are good but the biggest issue is that they can't be put directly on the skin. You need to have a cloth or something in which the patch goes and then you can put it on the skin. That makes it very difficult to use these patches.

    • Must be Stuck to Outside of Clothes
I didn't realize that you should not stick them directly on the skin. Putting them on top of my clothes isn't as helpful since my clothes are likely to move away from the area in need of heat. If you're planning on sitting still (like with a heating pad), then they might work fine for you.

Awesome Heat Pads! Game changer! Love these! After a while they do not stick as well but these little pads really do heat up. And help a lot. Awesome product.

    • Small patches that don't stick well. Strong odor.
These did not work well for me. When I put on a knee sleeve or a pair of pants the patches rolled up and stuck to themselves. They also have a strong menthol scent.
