These are not made to leave on the machine while in use. The slushie machine can’t breathe so it overheats while machine is in use and holder is attached.

We love it !! It gives the machine the extra wow factor and its easy to put together and install It locks on to the nub that's on the side of the Ninja slushie machine we went with this one because it has small holes on the side where it attaches to the machine to help the machine ventilate
