I originally purchased these thinking they were chewable probiotics, so I was a little surprised when they arrived as powder packets. That ended up being a pleasant surprise because they were incredibly easy to use. The powder blends smoothly into water without clumping and has virtually no taste. My 8 year old didn’t detect it in her water at all, which is saying a lot because she’s usually very aware when I add something to her drinks. We started using these when she was having some stomach issues, and they seemed to help support her digestion and get things back on track. The individual packets are convenient and easy to take on the go. If you have a child who doesn’t like chewables or gummies, this is a fantastic alternative. Pros: The individual packets are extremely convenient — easy to toss into a lunchbox or travel bag, and no measuring required. The powder mixes well into yogurt, applesauce, or even a small amount of juice without changing the taste much, which is a huge plus for picky kids. I appreciate that it contains a well-known probiotic strain and is free from artificial colors and unnecessary additives. Since starting it, I’ve noticed fewer digestive complaints and more regular bowel movements, particularly during times when my child’s routine changes. Cons: It is on the expensive side compared to some other probiotic brands, especially if you’re using it daily long-term. Also, while it dissolves well in soft foods, it can clump slightly if mixed into plain water. The packets are convenient but do create extra packaging waste.
