Directions left a little to be desired, and we were missing a few small parts. Hunting for screws that fit isn’t an easy task. But the grill works well.

Full disclosure, I had to retire my Vermont Castings grill. The VT is the Rolls Royce of grills. The burners on the VT are like the engines on an F15. Unfortunately you can't reasonable get VT in the USA anymore. Even more unfortunate, I replaced it with this Cuisinart. Other than ease of assembly and aesthetics, this grill has ZERO redeeming qualities. It boasts "stainless steel" construction which is, in reality sheet metal I can bend with 2 fingers. There is no consistency in heat distribution and you'd have to go out of your way to burn yourself on this thing. Literally 15 minutes to cook a hamburger and another 5 minutes to melt the cheese if you're in the mood for a cheeseburger. Bottom line=GARBAGE product if you're into serious grilling. Great product if you want to struggle to cook the kids some hot dogs. ... show more

Bought this as a gift and it has been a hit! We assembled it in an hour, it wasn't difficult. The heat output is great and this has been money well spent. Would definitely recommend.

Grill arrived with dents in the hood and the thermostat was broken. However, Amazon took great steps to fix the problem right away. Assembly was easy, heat distribution is great. The 5th burner is a super asset to the product and way better then the 4 burner one I had. Love the side burner too… will update if needed. ... show more
