What a Great Bread Maker! I’ve stopped buying store bought bread for almost $5.00 a loaf that keeps going up and up. This Cuisinart Bread Maker does it all from Bread to rolls, to cakes and even jam. There is a wide variety of go-to features that make using this machine very easy and it’s programmable to delay baking if you like fresh bread in the morning. The size of this machine is not so large to take up limited counter space and with the controls and menu window towards the front of the machine you can clearly see all the settings. Having a choice of loaf size is also very nice. It comes with a nice instruction booklet with some recipes, clear to read and understand. One feature I like is that if I want to remove the finished dough and shape and bake it in my oven I have that option with a menu beeper that tells me when to remove the dough. This is my second purchase of this machine and I love it.

The media could not be loaded. This bread machine is awesome! Something everyone should know is that there is a science to bread making, one you master it, you’re good to go. Once you learn how to use this bread maker, it’s so easy. The nonstick bread pan is so great, because the bread never sticks to the walls of the pan. The bread machine always mixes the ingredients perfectly and so well. The shape of the bread pan and bread itself is amazing. The bread comes out perfect every time. Bread making couldn’t have been made easier! The bread slices are literally the exact size to fit into the toaster. Ever since this bread maker was purchased, no bread from the store has been bought! It is so much cheaper to make bread yourself than to buy it from the store. I never would have thought bread making could be this easy. The bread makes the house smell so good! Every time you walk into the house you just smell delicious bread! When the bread is finished baking, the whole family is waiting, just to get a piece of the bread. I encourage you to buy this bread machine and to just make bread at home!!! This bread machine does not disappoint. You can make all sorts of bread in this machine. I love my bread machine and I’m even considering to buy another one. If there were more than 5 stars for the review, I would give it 10/10 stars or more if possible!

I thought this was easy to use, clean and doesn't take up a lot of space on my counter. Sure, it does make noise during kneading but I don't think it's excessively noisy compared to other brands in general. What I don't like is the recipes that come with it, especially if you are making your own bread because you want it healthier. It would have been nice if they included a few vegan or lower carb "healthier" recipes so you have the measurements already worked out (although, they did include gluten-free recipes). I'm using a vegan recipe and without using oil (substituting apple sauce) but I'm having to adjust the water and yeast measurements to get it moist and not overly rise then pop.

This is a really sturdy and nice quality machine that helps to make your own bread. It’s simple and easy to use. It has a few really convenient settings and a delay. I love it. We don’t have to worry about nasty ingredients in the bread any more and the kids aren’t getting inundated with chemicals and preservatives. I’d definitely recommend it.

Well, it sort of worked, but seemed to be screwing up bread - like it would raise and then when cooking it would fall and just look awful. I don't really know what was happening - seems a heating coil regulator or something like that had gone wonky. I LOVE MY HOMEMADE BREAD AND HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER MACHINE!!! Yeah, yeah, I could go back to doing it manually, but I had gotten used to putting the ingredients in the pan of the bread maker and letting it make the bread. So...I had to find a good replacement and I did quite a search and looked through several bread makers before settling on this Cuisinart one. First, I had one of the original Cuisinart food processors that lasted me about 25-30 years before the plastic started showing too much wear and tear (some pieces cracked off) and even then I found one at a Goodwill store that was exactly like mine so I got more years out of it! I also have a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker and during the summer, I have made some darn good ice cream in it! Now, back to this particular bread maker - it is Cuisinart, but I loved the little add-in ingredient drawer so that part is now "automated" should I want cinnamon swirl breakfast bread or spice and pumpkin seed bread as examples. My old bread maker's "menu window" that showed what I had programmed in was horrible! It had a sort of silver background with black lettering and the size of the loaf was nothing more than a DOT showing at the bottom of the screen! This bread maker has a bright, easy-to-read screen is so much better and I love that it has the "confirm" button as my old one was just basically start/stop. I love the ten beeps to let me take the dough out, remove the paddle, add the dough back and have bread with no paddle sticking out of the bottom. Last, is the way this one is more...horizontal instead of vertical if that makes sense. This Cuisinart bread maker has the bread "bucket" on the left-hand side where the old one had the menu in the front, the bread bucket in the back. I really didn't like that set up as I am shorter and trying to pull that bread bucket out was often more difficult when it was hot and I wanted to pull the bread to cool it off. So...this Cuisinart has several features as noted above that means I am going to be thrilled to make bread every week! OH, and if you have issues with bread makers and the lower bread sizes (not tall like the store-bought, air-puffed breads), follow your favorite bread maker yeast bread recipe BUT ADD IN a tablespoon of vital wheat gluten (used in vegetarian seitan and other vegan recipes to create meatless meat) for each one cup of flour called for in your bread recipe. I have scaled my addition of vital wheat gluten (and please keep it in your refrigerator) to 2/3rds or 2 Tablespoons of vital wheat gluten to 3 cups flour. You will find your bread rises really well and looks absolutely beautiful compared to store-bought puffed up bread! But in the end, this is my best-buy Cuisinart machine to date - it may be YOURS as well!
