Solid, nice and shiny. I am not to sure about larger ones which seem to fail the stainless steel magnet test on the upper parts. Some of them also are looking a little questionable with pale spots on the inside after constant use. Pot handle remains cool, cover handle does not it gets very hot.

Well the box arrived today and there is a lot of pots in this collection. Nice looking heavy and def commercial grade. It is a super deal for what you get. I used a frying pan and love it. If your looking for a set go for it.

The media could not be loaded. Stunning in person and easy to clean. Has measurements to tell you how much liquid is in the pot on the inside. To get any stains from food or too much heat off, I use the power paste and scrub mommy sponge to get it right off, they look as good as new after.
