Came defective. Tech support insisted on troubleshooting, replacing parts etc. Nothing worked. They insisted on me sending the unit back to them for a replacement. Finally had time to replace and the opportunity "Expired". Huge waste of time and they left me with a terrible experience to remember them by.

This never worked out of the box. I had to go through a few hours of troubleshooting with Bambu's chat bot, then finally a i got a person who sent me a replacement part. It took an hour or so to replace some internal part, i put it back together and it still didnt work. They told me i had to find a box to return it. I finally got around to it about 2 weeks later and now the return expired. Huge waste of time. I thought Bambu was a premium brand but they seem to not care about these issues.

Everything I own is Bambu. I have the A1 mini, A1, and P1S! I ordered this to use with the P1S and had absolutely nothing but problems with it, in fact I never once got to even use it! The 4 into 1 hub for the filament was screwed up and wouldn’t let the filament pass thru! According to ChatGPT this is an ongoing problem!
