Quality feeling product, simple APP. Fair price point They do offer annual prices to shave off how much it costs a month. Bought it due to the nice battery life and seeming fair quality.. A lot of the cheaper gps on the market have rough tracking and tiny battery life.

Really really really great product. Magnets super strong. I've had this product for months. I got it in Oct. Sti haven't had to charge it now in Jan! The battery is still at 50%! The tracking is amazing!

We purchased this unit three weeks ago specifically to monitor an elderly parent’s driving. Our primary need was the 'virtual fence' feature to receive real-time alerts when they leave or return home. While it seemed to work initially, the unit now intermittently stops transmitting for hours—sometimes up to an entire day. Despite having the refresh rate set to one minute, the tracking updates are completely unreliable. Customer support attributed the gaps to cellular delays, suggesting the data would simply upload later. However, delayed data is useless for real-time safety monitoring. If they're going to charge a subscription (as this unit requires) then it should work as advertised and be able to transmit live updates, not a history log of where a driver was 24 hours ago. Due to this unreliability, unless something drastic changes I will be returning the unit before the 30 day trail ends.

Bought to install on a trailer. This tracker is functional but lacks a few functions that would make it better. It uses a multitude of signals to gather its location so sometimes the location can jump around even when parked. The setting of a “safe place” is nice because you can get a notification if it leaves, but unfortunately the notification is a simple app notification or an email. If they could harness this into a text message or even some sort of alarm call out it would make this feature much more useful. The magnets work very well and the unit can be concealed pretty easily even with its size which is still fairly small. Accuracy seems good other than the previous mention signal bouncing while parked.
