If the ice cubes stick together, then there are two possibilities, the first one may be that the ice maker has been cycling for too long, you need to stop the ice maker and restart it when the ice blocks melts. The second one may be that the water temperature in the tank is too low, you need to replace the water, we recommend that the water temperature be between 40 °F and 90 °F. 3. Stellar performance by this product. Makes ice very fast and keeps up nicely. If your ice maker in your fridge breaks, no sweat! This actually makes ice faster and if you don’t need ice all the time, you can make it as needed. Our makes enough to fill our freezer bowl in about an hour.     • Great Unit - Be Aware of "hidden" area that needs to be cleaned

I have had this ice maker for a little over a year and am very happy with it. It makes enough for my needs (single person household) and has worked great the entire time. My one concern is with keeping the interior clean enough. There is an area back behind the rods that create the ice cubes that got VERY yucky with mold. It is an area that isn't easy to see, let alone get to. I noticed the area recently and got to work. I took out the two screws that hold the top housing and CAREFULLY lifted the lid (there are wires so was careful not to pull on them or get them wet). That gave me a little bit of a clearer look at what was going on. I then took a toothbrush and cleaned - but could only get to the area by putting the toothbrush head between the ice rods....it was a little tricky but worked. Then, I ran the auto clean feature a couple of times to be sure everything cleared. This is the only design "problem" I've found...otherwise, this unit has been great!! ... show more

A great ice machine. It resolved a big conflict in my household because we were always running out of ice with having to fill ice cube trays. It doesn't take up too much space on the counter and as long as you keep the tank full it keeps making ice for you. It's awesome!
