Oh my goodness What a Super nice Canopy Tent!!!! We purchased this particular Crown Shades Tent for durability, ease of use, good ventilation, & nice Appearance!! I bought this 10' x 12' Crown Tent thinking I needed shade. What I got was a full-blown outdoor empire. The setup was surprisingly easy. In less time than it takes my uncle to explain how he'd coach the Dallas Cowboys to a Super Bowl, the tent was standing tall and majestic. The crown peak makes it look much fancier than it has any right to, giving off strong "royal wedding on a budget" vibes. This tent has survived blazing sun, gusty wind, and three separate family gatherings. At one point, it sheltered a grill master, two coolers, a cornhole tournament, and a heated debate about who makes the best potato salad. Not a single complaint from the tent. The 10' x 12' size is perfect. Big enough to host a crowd, but not so big that your neighbors think you're opening a pop-up wedding venue. It provides excellent shade and instantly increases your property's "important event" appearance by at least 300%. My favorite feature? Standing underneath it makes me feel like I'm in charge of something. I don't know what, but something important. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing shade, shelter, or a temporary outdoor headquarters for questionable life decisions.

This product exceeded my expectations. Delivery was prompt and uneventful for this item. This is my first outdoor tent, and I find it easy to put up and store after use. Two of the legs have wheels making it easy to roll instead of carrying it to its standing location. The canopy is well made and sturdy enough for multiple uses over time. I normally don't order products from third party vendors or items not shipped directly from Amazon. After doing a little research I decided to gamble on this product and order from the seller. After putting up the tent, I noticed an issue and had to contact the seller. The response was prompt with some of the best customer service I ever received on Amazon.com. I am extremely happy with this tent and look forward to using it over time. Thank you Crown Shades for a job well done.

I ordered one 4 months ago and absolutely loved it, so ordered a 2nd one. What a huge disappointment! Material is thinner and doesn't have the silver backed lining to reflect hear, nor does it have the tabs that hold the material in place when closing it. I wanted to use it in conjunction with my other one, but they also changed the bottom to have a curve now so it doesn't match the older style canopy. All this while paying $100 more for it then I did 4 months ago. I would not recommend this any longer. Like most companies, they have cheapened their product and raised their price considerably. They did have the best on the market, but the quality they put out now, you can go to another brand and get the same thing for much less. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Update: I called customer service. They did tell me that there were design changes made. Their Amazon team was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful. I am still waiting to hear back to see if they have any of the older style canopies in stock. They are a good company to deal with. I just hope that maybe the one they sent me was an incomplete prototype and they are still producing them as they did 4 months ago.

I love this canopy! Bought it and took it on vacation to the beach. The ease at which to put it up is so easy, the one button push and raise is genius! I can put this canopy up and be sitting under it within a couple of minutes. Easy to take down and store. Frame and top are made of quality materials and the sand bags work great in a light wind. It weighs 50 pounds, but the wheels are nice on the pavement and not to bad to carry. It has two handles on each end of the carry case. 6 adults and 2 children 2 and 4 with our chairs, bags, ice chest, mixes toys and had plenty of room for all it. Very happy with this ca opt so far!

I bought this for an outdoor music festival, and it was perfect. I've used it for two different festivals now, each time the canopy was up for 4-5 days. It never blew away, which was my main concern. If it gets really windy, you can lower the height of the canopy to make it more stable. That, combined with heavy duty stakes and sand bags, kept me from having any issues with it. It comes with sand bags, but I wish the handles were sturdier. I hold them from the bottom to avoid tears, but the sand stays put and doesn't leak. The canopy is relatively easy to set up. The beige color is nice, and the size meant plenty of room underneath for several people to sit and hang out. I hung curtains from the sides for privacy and shade and added some lights for ambiance, and it became a really nice place to relax. It did rain a few times, but I didn't notice any leakage. The worst part of the canopy is the weight. It's really heavy, but that to me means it's sturdy. It's just hard to load and unload in and out of the car. It's not impossible for one person, but two people make it much easier to move and set up.
