This looks good. However, no matter what I do one drawer doesn’t go in flat. I’ve taken it apart and redone it twice. It’s still sturdy and holds everything, so we’ll just deal with it.

Be prepared for a hundred Cam bolts. About the time I opened the second box I wondered if I should have just built the thing myself with hardwood, pocket holes and some dowels. This thing is heavy but it does look nice when put together, it came with all the pieces, nothing broken, everything aligned during construction and I'm happy with the finished product. Still curious if hardwood would have been easier LOL I really hate those little cam bolts and there are A LOT. If you don't intend on disassembling for any reason and you have the ability and materials to do so, plug the cams and dowel the whole thing together. In the event I move out of my office, I will be replacing every single one of them with glue, screws, filler and plugs. The photos are accurate and again, it's really very pretty once assembled. Highly recommend prior to getting the government involved in any relationship (marriage) as a prerequisite, if you can assemble modular furniture with another human THAT IS YOUR HUMAN. That's not to say this wouldn't work out for a single guy or gal, but again -commitment is required and an extra set of hands (ideally ones you don't want to break after the first 15 minutes,) could prove to be invaluable in the assembly process for this fine item. ... show more
