I found this really engaging for my hip and glutes in physical therapy! I weight lift but sat for long periods of time while in nursing school. This will be something I add before lifting or on rest days to keep my hips and glutes happy and healthy. Also, shipping was FAST. Everything about this item was 5stars. I ordered the red one by mistake and emailed CS and they changed it to blue no problem. My hips are stronger and more flexible than ever. Its beginning to balance the skateboarding imbalance in my legs. One leg always pushing off while one leans forward. Injuries from powerlifting in my mid twenties are hurting less as well, not to mention recent dirtbiking accidents. This thing is great. It takes simple core exercises such as making a 90 deg angle with your knees and hips. Your lower leg would be parallel to the ground. Then just extend one leg fully while keeping the other 90 deg. Easy task; not with the hip&core lmao. Long story short, I'm 30, treated my body like a rental but hurt less than I did at 28.

I have been using this band on my knee at my physical therapist’s, and I decided to purchase it after using a regular rubber band (belt) at home for a while. Regular rubber band gradually got crinkled and started to put pressure on one narrow spot. It was tedious to straighten it out every time, and I was always unsure if the position of the belt is where it’s supposed to be. This band puts pressure evenly on my knee area, which makes a big difference. It’s sturdy and easy to put on. I’d say it was worth the money.

I first used these bands at my physical therapy appt and loved them. They are so much more comforable than the stretchy bands. I'm able to focus on the exercise and not the discomfort of the band cutting into my legs. I immediately ordered the red band for my home gym. It's a bit pricey but quality is great, well worth it!

This is a great item if you are in physical therapy as it is much more comfortable than regular bands that cut into your skin. I am pleased with the item. I feel it is a bit pricy and I do wish they offered a special if you buy more than one as once you buy one you do not need the on line videos.
