I have had this chair for a few months and I absolutely love it. It is comfy, sturdy, was simple to put together and I love the color and fabric! Best of all it provides plenty of space for me to sit with my 32 lb dog also relaxing in my lap due to the width! She loves that too so I have to give it 5 stars. It isn't noisy, it spins easily, isn't too heavy and although I don't spend all day sitting in it the handful of hours I have sat in it at my computer has never caused any troubles for my back. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good looking, sturdy, comfortable and wide chair! :)

Chair was very soft and the orange color was pretty! My sister loves the chair and uses it for her desk and vanity while putting make up on. The fact that the arms can be put up or down is great when you need to roll in close to your desk. Overall good construction and very comfy!

Probably not going to last forever, cushion is losing cush already which makes me sad, but I will probably replace it, just because the fit is so good. Some people may not care for the low back, but I don't mind it.

Let me answer the questions you probably have: Yes, it is definitely big enough to sit cross legged comfortably! Yes, it is super plush and soft! Yes, it rolls really well! Yes, it is worth it! I work from home and have to sit at my desk 8+ hours a day. Sitting cross legged or with my feet up on an ottoman is the best way to go. This chair makes that way easier and definitely better. It's like wheeling your couch up to your desk! Super soft material and way more padded than I even thought it would be. The arms are super sturdy, I use them to get into the cross legged position and then I can move them all the way back so that I can fit easily into my L shaped desk. The rocking function is also awesome and if you don't like it you can lock it in place as well. Just an FYI the back is really low, I love that, it gives plenty of support but be advised if you want a high backed chair. 10/10!

Update again: They got back to me, said it clearly was a manufacturing error, their bad, sent me a new piece for the broken one. I open it oops it also has manufacturing errors so it doesn't fit. I contacted them again and sent new pictures and they said no problem and sent me another new piece and it was perfect and no manufacturing errors! It all was very quick. My review would've been updated sooner if I hadn't been so wrapped up in life lately but so far since we have the the right parts there's been no issues and the chair is beautiful and comfortable and nice and wide. I highly recommend. Excellent customer service as well! Update: They got back to be first chance they could (like in the middle of the night and agree there was a manufacturing error are are sending me a replacement piece easy peasy lemon squeezey which is excellent because so far I love everything else about this chair it's perfect for my various sitting positions I sit in while llaying games on my PC/Xbox, while drawing/painting, whole doing college school work, doing research for a book project I'm working on, you name it I already feel the creative flow starting up again which is why I chose this chair bc it fits into my area in creating for myself very well. Will update when the replacement piece arrives. ----------------- The charo itself is so cute and comfortable I'm literally in love it's perfect for what I need except for the fact that the legs gave out on less than 24 hours, I have contacted the seller and am awaiting a reply (it's Sunday so it'll be a little while) and will update when I receive a response but for now I'm disappointed I didn't even have it for 24 hours before there was a problem and for spendy this chair is im disappointed .
