I have had this chair for a few months and I absolutely love it. It is comfy, sturdy, was simple to put together and I love the color and fabric! Best of all it provides plenty of space for me to sit with my 32 lb dog also relaxing in my lap due to the width! She loves that too so I have to give it 5 stars. It isn't noisy, it spins easily, isn't too heavy and although I don't spend all day sitting in it the handful of hours I have sat in it at my computer has never caused any troubles for my back. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good looking, sturdy, comfortable and wide chair! :)

Absolutely love the width of this chair! I can easily and comfortably sit criss-cross-legged on it. Probably not going to last forever, cushion is losing cush already which makes me sad, but I will probably replace it, just because the fit is so good. Some people may not care for the low back, but I don't mind it.

Update again: They got back to me, said it clearly was a manufacturing error, their bad, sent me a new piece for the broken one. I open it oops it also has manufacturing errors so it doesn't fit. I contacted them again and sent new pictures and they said no problem and sent me another new piece and it was perfect and no manufacturing errors! It all was very quick. My review would've been updated sooner if I hadn't been so wrapped up in life lately but so far since we have the the right parts there's been no issues and the chair is beautiful and comfortable and nice and wide. I highly recommend. Excellent customer service as well! Update: They got back to be first chance they could (like in the middle of the night and agree there was a manufacturing error are are sending me a replacement piece easy peasy lemon squeezey which is excellent because so far I love everything else about this chair it's perfect for my various sitting positions I sit in while llaying games on my PC/Xbox, while drawing/painting, whole doing college school work, doing research for a book project I'm working on, you name it I already feel the creative flow starting up again which is why I chose this chair bc it fits into my area in creating for myself very well. Will update when the replacement piece arrives. ----------------- The charo itself is so cute and comfortable I'm literally in love it's perfect for what I need except for the fact that the legs gave out on less than 24 hours, I have contacted the seller and am awaiting a reply (it's Sunday so it'll be a little while) and will update when I receive a response but for now I'm disappointed I didn't even have it for 24 hours before there was a problem and for spendy this chair is im disappointed .

Chair is nice but has a smell. Not too strong but you notice it for sure. Easy assembly but the right arm rest was damaged. The cushion is nice but I didn't have a cushion before this so I'm not a good judge of that just yet. It seems very stable and it slides under my desk well. The back comes up to just under my shoulder blades. All in all I don't think I'd buy this again for the price I paid. Wish they'd send an arm that isn't broken out of the box. Update- the original review has 3 stars from me but this is now my favorite company. I'm assuming upon seeing my review (since I never messaged or requested anything myself), the company took it upon themselves to send me a replacement arm. Came unbroken and I never even had to say anything which earned a star in itself. I've also realized that I've grown very fond of it. The material has stayed nice and keeps my feet warm when I sit criss-cross. Also, the smell out of the box went away within a day. The chair has held up nicely and I love the rocking feature. The cushion is still soft and supportive on both parts of the chair and I was skeptical of the durability of the arms when I got it but I've had no issues and everything works great. It reclines so far back I worry I'll fall but I have yet to have that happen. I seem to be eating my words because I would absolutely buy another one of these after having it for a month.
