Easy to setup program. Works well

Have had it for a year and all is well. It looks and operates like brand new. We had ours programmed to water 2x a day and had to replace batteries this spring. Interface is easy enough if you are familiar with programming electronics. Setting it to water manually could have been simpler, but it works. Have not noticed a decrease in pressure, although logically there has to be some. We have used various timers for decades and to keep them running as long as possible, we: 1) Put them away for winter -drain them well and remove batteries. 2) Attach a short hose to the spigot and attach timer to the hose -or splitter. We use a splitter so one hose uses the timer and waters the lawn, and the other is used for whatever. This reduces wear and tear on plastic threads and provides some give if hoses are pulled. We loop the hose around the spigot so the splitter rests as straight down as possible, which is does much better than if it was directly connected to the spigot. 3) Protect timer from direct sun. To keep sun off the south-facing timer, we cut a large cottage cheese or yogurt tub up the side and make a hole wide enough so it sits on the shoulders of the timer --open tub and slip it on like a jacket. It does mean the rain sensor is "disabled", but the sun has always been the biggest enemy to our timers. 4) Replace the washer every year! Washers are cheap and most never seal right once unit is disconnected.

I bought this to be able to water down my wife’s chicken run. I set it and and it was easy to program. It comes with a Water gauze is a nice option.

I purchased in June 2023, it is now July 2023 and the unit is already messed up. It has water under the screen and the timer has stopped automatically turning on and off. Even the manual timer doesn't count down and will contito stay running if I don't turn it off. Before any of this happened it was working great!!!. I would like for the seller to contact me for a replacement. Thank you.

Worked as promised. Tested for a few days before trip and felt confident it would water garden. It did run each day as programmed. Make sure your faucet height will accommodate unit. Also, you need to be able to look directly at screen as it has limited viewing angle.

For the couple of months it worked, it was great. Pretty east to program. Problem is, water stopped flowing through it. Filter not clogged, batteries, fresh, water won't flow during programmed on times and when override. Pretty disappointed. Can't ask for replacement because it has been 7 months. I should have returned it but I took the batteries out and put it away hoping when I put the batteries back in, it would have rebooted and work. Waste of money. 30 day refund policy. :( update (3/3/23) I took the batteries out for a few weeks and didn't throw this out because I was so mad. I put the batteries in yesterday and IT IS WORKING AGAIN! So, I am upping the review to 3 stars and I will review again in a few months to update.

Doesn't flow correctly. Purchased a different unit in hopes it would correct issues. NOPE. Gravity fed and my water spigot is to low to ground to have it gravity fed. So, it constantly is running even when turned off on the timer.
