Shipment: Shipment came really quick. The projected date was about a month after ordering and it came after only about a week. Packaging: Obviously in order to ship a full 5 piece furniture there is going to be a lot of big boxes. So if you aren't going to be able to put it together right away, be sure you have some space to store it. Assembly: They were pretty smart in packaging each piece separately. And each piece comes with its own screws, nuts, Allen wrench kit so you don't risk getting them mixed up. Assembly took my buddy and me about 2.5 hours. We also used zipties to secure the various pieces of the couch to eachother after assembly. Pros: 1. Comfort: 10/10. This couch is so comfortable. We are outside on the couch all of the time hanging out. I have also taken a few naps out there. 2. Look: 10/10. We have the navy blue one and it looks really clean and top quality. Cons: 1. I wish the center table had some sort of storage function. Drawers? Or maybe the top could lift up? 2. The bottom cushions often slide part of the way out if you get up and down often. I wish there was a way to make them more secure. We considered Velcro? Maybe some sort of ability to tie them to the wicker? Not a huge deal at all though. Overall. 5 stars. Great couch. Seems like they do occasionally shift the price around so be on the lookout for the best deal.

Delivered today. The two seat section with the right arm armrest is missing. I do have the cushion covers though. Who do I contact about this? Also the tracking information is unavailable for some reason. Edit: The other section arrived the next day. I called Amazon and they said it separated into two shipments. Good to know but I didn't know. So I guess don't freak out if everything doesn't show up at once. Also it was stated that I would need to be home to sign for it. I was never home and they left it all piled up on the front porch. But I do live way out so its not like they left it on a busy city street. This set goes together with allen head bolts, lock nuts, and washers. I would strongly suggest to get an allen bit for a drill to assemble this unit. Trust me on that one. It will make it 90% easier to assemble. Be careful not to crossthread the bolts. Be prepared to dispose of tons of cardboard. Overall I am pleased with the way it looks and sits. It seems like it will last for a good while. I will be keeping mine outside under a covered patio and out of the sun so that should lengthen the life of it as well.

Our family researched outdoor furniture for months to find a set that would accommodate us as well as for entertaining. We were excited to find this set in this color and also found a side chair (ordered separately) to add to it. Upon arrival and putting it together my husband noticed that the corner piece of the sectional could not be connected due to the bolt hole not being drilled properly. We contacted the seller for further instruction and awaited instruction as to what to do. We were told to wait and they would get back to us. That was in May. It is now mid-August and we have heard nothing. This is very disappointing since we cannot return the item since that window has closed. We paid over two thousand dollars for this item and I would expect prompt and courteous care in resolving this issue. Do not purchase this set unless you want to have the central connecting piece to not be secured and functional. You will basically be left with two couches that stand alone without the connecting piece. We are highly disappointed in our purchase. We are more saddened that the seller told us they would get back to us and never did. Beware of this product and seller.

After shopping around for quite some time, we finally settled on the Crosley Bradenton 5 piece set. VERY HAPPY with our decision. This is a very nice sized sectional. It’s very sturdy and generously sized. It is very comfortable, even for my over 6’ family members. Many of the other outdoor sectionals at this price point sit low to the ground with almost no back support. This set gives the impression and feel of a much higher end set. The only one I found that compared to this one was twice as much without the coffee table. The Sangria cushion color is more of a cinnamon than Sangria. However it is a flattering shade against the brown wicker. The seat cushions are a nice 5” with firm support, the back cushions are softer; yet supportive. The covers are remove able which is nice for cleaning. The set was delivered in two shipments and arrived on different days. After assembly was complete, we noticed the wicker color of the second delivery was slightly different than the first. It was not noticeable enough to go through the hassle of return after the work of assembly. (Only mentioning so you can compare before assembly) Assembly is a bit difficult if you’re not handy with tools. Be prepared to set aside a couple of hours. It was worth it. We are very pleased with this purchase. Very pretty addition to our deck.

Looks very nice, cushions look good for now and are very firm to set on, the set seems to be plenty sturdy, went together well, typical soft screws that come with this stuff, just have to be careful starting and tightening, you will definitely want your own tools to use and not the ones they send, there was a package of screws missing from one box but the others come with a couple extras and was able to complete assembly with them
