  • Absolutely Love!
Size: 5 Quart Style: Cast Iron Braiser Color: Pistachio
This is now my go to cooking pot. It cooks evenly and very diverse! Well made and comes with care instructions. The green color is true to how it looks in the pictures. 100% worth the money!

  • Love it
Size: 5 Quart Style: Cast Iron Braiser Color: Pistachio
I love the size. Its larger than my stove but the way the heat is evenly spread it doesn’t matter. It is pretty heavy I do life weights at the gym but still struggle to carry it with one hand to pour stuff from it so that can make it inconvenient to use sometimes. The quality is amazing, its similar to Le Creuset quality which I bought a few years ago. The price is amazing considering the high quality. I highly recommend it. Also it’s dishwasher safe which is amazing. ... show more

  • Great quality. Worth buying
Size: 5 Quart Style: Cast Iron Braiser Color: Sapphire Blue
My husband got this for me as an early Christmas gift. I wanted something like this to make Christmas Eve dinner. This worked out great. Cooking was nice and even. You may need to play with cook times on things. From my very small sample size so far, it seems like the cooking time needs to be cut back a bit. It IS heavy like cast iron cookware should be. Clean up is easy-peasy with the ceramic coating inside - hot, soapy water and a sponge. I got the sapphire blue color and it's beautiful although color wasn't important to me. I would have taken anything. Maybe next Christmas he'll get me the larger oval I have my eye on! Hinting starts now. ;) ... show more

  • Too small... Too pricey... Just right.
Size: 5 Quart Style: Cast Iron Braiser Color: Scarlet Red
I have all cast-iron, cast-iron with enameled exteriors, and fully enameled cast-iron cookware from Le Creuset. When it comes to cooking, cast-iron's heat conductivity, in my opinion, cannot be beat on any type of cooking surface; but Le Creuset can get really pricey for larger pots, so I opted for a different brand when I had purchased my initial braiser. It was a 3 quart size and made by Lodge, but my son (the dishwasher of the family) demolished it by constantly leaving it "soaking" with metal utensils in the bottom of it, so over time the exposed cast-iron edges rusted, on top of the enameled surface getting nicked up. It was a good braiser, but I always wished it was larger when I prepared certain dishes in it. I had been tirelessly searching for its replacement, and narrowed it down to this one. It arrived fairly quickly, and when I prepared our lamb roast for Thanksgiving, it didn't disappoint. It's very solid and well built. It was perfectly wide and deep enough (given its 5 quart size). I don't particularly care for the steel/metal finish on the handle instead of it being black, but it's doable. It was a fraction of the cost of a 5 qt. Le Creuset braiser, and it handles meals just as well, too. I love that it has the lighter finish on the interior and none of the enamel had any blemishes or imperfections upon arrival. I have read other reviews during my search for enameled cast-iron braisers, where customers complain about their weight... Well... It IS cast-iron, and the larger the pan, the heavier it is. So if you cannot handle a heavy pot or desire a light one, this pan is not for you. Now that my son is older and has learned the value of things, I see this one lasting a lot longer than its predecessor, and I am not left wishing it was just a little bit larger when I am cooking, either. ... show more

  • Solid Product
Size: 5 Quart Style: Cast Iron Braiser Color: Scarlet Red
This is a beautiful piece of cast iron cookware coated in white enamel (ceramic coating). I love the red ombre look as it fits the flow of my kitchen theme. It's vibrant and it's heavy and it's easy to use (I am a veteran with cast iron so this is up my alley). It's also large so I can make a sizable meal for the 5+ people in my home. I received this product and I am a little sad as it was delivered with a chip in the lid. But, it wasn't a huge chip and this thing still made a mean braised short rib recipe. So the functionality is fine. I decided to just keep it. ... show more

  • Good quality - heavy
Size: 5 Quart Style: Cast Iron Braiser Color: Slate Gray
Weighs a ton but love it. There’s nothing like cooking with enameled cast iron. Size is great - it’s very wide and deeper than I expected (maybe 2/3 of a Dutch oven).

  • Heavy, but love it!
Size: 5 Quart Style: Cast Iron Braiser Color: Sapphire Blue
This pot cooks so well, and is easy to clean. The price was reasonable, and it is pretty sturdy and heavy. I absolutely love the color. It makes a great gift!
