Perfect size. Love this. Already had the 7 qt but unless I’m food prepping a big batch, it’s too big for 1 person. Today I cooked 1.5 lbs of cubed chuck roast and a bag of frozen broccoli with teriyaki sauce and the meat cooked in 3 hours on high. I would say this would easily hold 3-4 chicken breasts with room for other items. Easy to clean. Easy to handle. Love the stoneware insert.
