UPDATE 3/6/2026: This cell phone is BLOCKED and can not be used. I woke up today and my phone just doesn't work all of a sudden. Can't send or receive text messages, can't make or receive phone calls. Wasted two hours of my work day trying to trouble shoot a phone that can't be fixed. The phone is Blocked because whoever sold it still owed money on it. The Seller who buys these phones either doesn't have a way of verifying whether or not the phone is blocked. Or if they do have a way, they simply don't care. I then had to call TMobile and spend 15 minutes on my roommates phone in order to find out what happened to my phone. They told me it has been BLOCKED. And it can never be used again. I run a small business and rely HEAVILY on my cell phone for many reasons. I paid over $300 dollars, in good faith, for a phone that was BLOCKED and Unusable. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was a little worried about buying a Renewed Cell Phone. I purchased this "new" phone because my old phone was over 6 years old. And it was no longer able to update certain apps due to security features being outdated. My old phone wouldn't update past Android 12. I use my phone mostly for my small business, but also occasionally for looking things up or checking email. I have been using my Samsung Galaxy S24 for two days now. Ever since it arrived, I have been nothing but impressed! For the record, I am rarely ever impressed by anything. This phone, which I'm using right now to write this review, was easy to setup, transfer my TMobile service to and to use. Everything works Like New. The screen is absolutely flawless, exactly as advertised. Screen looks fantastic and works perfectly. Touch screen works perfectly. Battery has a lot of life left in it. Holds a charge for more than a day, even with regular use. Overall, this is a very nice phone for a reasonable price. I would definitely purchase this again. I bought this refurb under the "excellent" listing, and it was. It came in looking like it was brand new and had never been out in the wild. There was not a scratch on it and it worked flawlessly. One of the main reasons I've stuck with Samsung over the years is that they have keep extending the amount of time that they promise to keep pushing out security updates for their phones. It's not necessary to me to have one that is cutting edge, so buying a phone that's 12 to 15 months old that I can get a steep discount on k (but still has four to five years of update coverage guaranteed) makes sense to me. I hate having to move data from one phone to another, so I can kick that can down the road for the next five or six years. The phone itself works very well, it's a lot snappier than the S10 it replaced, and the camera is excellent. I have no complaints about the phone or the process of buying a refurb and will continue to do so in the foreseeable future. ... show more

I really enjoy this phone, the battery life can go for 36 hours even with some pretty good use. However if you have your brightness on too high then it won't last as long. The phone is beautiful and sleek. It doesn't feel bulky or large in my pocket. I am able to add a phone wallet to the back and it still feels a good size. I promptly put it in a case, as I drop my phone all the time, and the screen hasn't cracked at all. Seems durable. The screen does not have a protector and I put this phone in my purse, pockets, dropped on the ground and it doesn't have any issues with scratches which I am very happy with. The camera is superb. Which, if I'm honest, is the biggest reason I bought a new phone. I am so happy with all the features this phone has. ... show more

The quality on this refurbished phone is amazing! There were some scuffs but it isn't noticeable with even a clear case. It's very fast, has good battery life, and doesn't overheat like my old S21+.

Not worth it. Just buy a different type of phone or be prepared to repair this one after a while if you get it. Just be warned, if you see anything wrong with the phone AT ALL, make sure to complain in the first two weeks, otherwise if you return after that because some issues develops over time (because their phone repairs can be shoddy), they will blame YOU for the damage and even damage the phone came with. Mine had a streak along the left side that developed into ink blotches over time and a horizontal artifact along the screen. They told me it was my fault. The only thing i did wrong was not complain about the streak on the screen that caused the blotches and artifact, because they all are on top of the streak that CAME with the phone. Don't let anything go if you see a problem and save yourself 50% of the price, because that's all i was refunded. At least the customer service was responsive, so they have that going for them. ... show more
