These are great to exercise with. Their stretchability is comparable to others I have. They are thin but seem like they will still do the job. I haven't used them a ton so I don't know about durability yet. The quality seems legit. Good value for the money.

These are good quality resistance bands. I use these for warm ups and for rehabbing my hip injury. Instead of using weights, I use these to do squats and hip activation exercises. The difference shades of pink corresponds to different levels of resistance: So for shoulders I would use the lighter colored (easier) bands, and use the darker pinks for leg exercises. The color variety makes it easy to distinguish. Overall, good quality and great fit for both activation and strength training purposes.

These bands are very sturdy, and they’re easy to use because they have the resistance level of each band printed right on them. I can’t find an obvious seam on them, I think that they are formed in one piece like this just probably part of why they’re so sturdy. They work really well for exercises on my knees to help my hip abductor, which is awesome for my PT to help with knee injuries. I find that the light bands are very light, which is not as useful for training when you are strong, but it is very good when you’re recovering from an operation or an injury and you need to start small so I think that’s a good thing, even if you keep the first couple packed up after you are back in your normal routine. I love the feminine pastel colors, they have a good grip, and they’re very classic bands like the ones you would find in a physical therapy office only formed in one piece instead of tied off to size.

These bands are really nice. They are soft feeling and very stretchy and comfortable on my skin. They are very easy to use and pretty self explanatory, but there are lots of tutorials available online if you need any inspiration for workout ideas as well. I haven't had them long, but I've been using daily since they arrived, and so far they appear to be quite durable and very stretchy. The material is quite thin and that worried me a bit at first but they have far exceeded my expectations thus far. Honestly if these things last even a short time, I'll be happy with them because the price is quite affordable, but I don't see them having any issues so far. I'll update if that changes, but for now, I feel good to recommend these at this time. They are wonderful, and also super cute colors, Love it! They come in Xtra Light, Light, Medium, Heavy, and Extra Heavy so there is plenty to level up with so to speak. :)

These bands are fabulous! It is great that they come in different levels, which makes it easier to get a well rounded workout, and build strength. This is definitely a good buy for everyone, and great if you travel for work, or play. Great price as well!

I really like this pack of resistance bands. It's a great little set for anyone building up a home gym or looking for versatile stretching/Pilates equipment. The bands are good quality and feel durable enough for regular use. They are fantastic for the majority of the exercises I use them for, providing good resistance. My only slight critique, and why I'm rating them 4 out of 5 stars, is that I wish they were a little stretchier for certain specific workouts I do. However, for general fitness, stretching, and most home exercises, they are excellent and I'm very happy with this purchase!
