Update: the company reached out in order to make this right, which I really respect, so I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. I don't feel comfortable with 5 because of what happened, but I appreciate the good service. I might update this review because I *just* got the chair, but I'm already highly irritated because I feel like the pictures are a lie. So both arms go up and down, but only one is able to stay at various levels of incline. The other one, if you put any amount of force on it, it goes straight down. I'm used to being able to use the arms of my chair to readjust myself, and I almost faceplanted this morning because I forgot that one arm is floppy. Also, I don't know why so many people say it was easy to put together. I thought it was a PITA because stuff doesn't line up quite right, screws are difficult to tighten, and the instructions are subpar. I've seen worse, but easy? No. Finally, as others have mentioned, the bottom cushion is a joke. The chair does achieve the one goal I had, which is allowing me to sit cross-legged, so gold star for that I suppose. My cat freaked when she put weight on the floppy arm, so she doesn't trust it now. Overall, very mid, hence three stars. ... show more

Absolutely love this chair! It was easy to assemble, feels sturdy, and is incredibly comfortable. The teddy fabric is soft and cozy, and the wide seat is perfect for sitting cross-legged. The footrest is a nice bonus, and it looks beautiful in my home office. Great value for the price!

The footrest is a game-changer for me because I love to cross my legs or prop my feet up when I'm working. its a pretty and soft chair, but it did have a chemical smell for a few days. in the pictures the seat cushion looks plush... IT ISN'T! It does not inflate when you unbox it, it's just flat. The pictures are a lie. I've had it for a month, using it often since I have a desk job, and my butt is starting to hurt because it's gotten so flat. In less than a month. Idk about durability other than the cushion but nothing has broken yet. It seems stable. Quality ok. value for money IDK! Do you you a flat seat cushion in less than a month??? If you dont sure it's great. I got the chair because I like moving around and sitting cross legged and it's great for that. The arms can be adjusted so you can lounge and they seem stable enough. I plan on getting a purple cushion to sit on and am willing to deal with the annoying flat cushion issue. but if you aren't then dont buy it. ... show more
