Kudos to the manufacturer for responding to past grievances about chair arriving damaged. The chair was delivered by personal car and carefully placed on my porch. The outer box was VERY taped and contents inside VERY protected and well-wrapped. Even extra cardboard inside in case you cut the middle seam tape too deeply. The instructions were easy to follow. I would suggest finding a place where you can straddle the bottom with arms hanging over when you install the backrest. The fabric is more of a gray-cream (not a yellow cream). The fabric is pleather, and soft. Mine did arrive with a small puncture in the bottom (the removable cushion can cover this up) so I am not sure just how "cat proof" the fabric really is. Unfortunately I could not give this 5 stars because my left arm does not lock into the last 90 degree position. It wiggles a bit in the next outer position. If I could, I'd give it a 4.5 for sure. Can't wait to cross my legs and work with my dog next to me! Thanks for a terrific idea. ... show more

I am enthralled with this chair. I have 2 dogs under 25 lbs and work remote. The dog codependency is real. Anyone who has a dachshund knows you rarely get to use a bathroom alone, so the idea of sitting in your own chair is absurd. This solves SO MANY PROBLEMS. I really like that the arms move up and down - you can wedge a dog in or spread your paperwork out etc. Color is lovely - I got the cream?! It’s a nice addition to my home office. Glad I got the version with wheels, almost didnt and it makes it so easy to move around. Putting together wasn’t really that bad and I have been pleased with my purchase. ... show more

I’ve been using this chair for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the most comfortable and versatile office chairs I’ve owned. The wide seat is the standout feature—it gives you enough space to sit cross-legged, which is perfect if you like to change positions throughout the day or tend to fidget a lot. The adjustable armrests are surprisingly useful. Unlike most criss-cross chairs that don’t have arms, these can be moved out of the way or positioned for support depending on how you’re sitting. It makes a big difference for long study or work sessions. The PU leather feels soft and looks clean and modern (I got the cream/beige color, and it fits really well with my room setup). It’s also easy to wipe down, which is a nice bonus. The cushioning is comfortable—not too soft where you sink in, but supportive enough for extended sitting. The wheels roll smoothly, and the swivel function works great, making it easy to move around without getting up. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long. If I had to point out one minor downside, it would be that the back support is more relaxed than ergonomic, so if you’re looking for strong lumbar support, you might want to add a cushion. Great chair for kitty and me! Chair is very comfortable to sit on and rolls really well on carpet. Putting the chair together wasn’t hard but the pieces can be heavy so might be easier with two people who have hands and not paws.
