Prints good if you can find a work-around to all of Creality garbage that's been dumped in your way, this includes a horrible UI, buggy slicing program, missing / language barriers in technical support, and components that seem to be designed to fail (or break apart when doing the moist simple of tasks) at the earliest opportunity. The quality and usefulness of this product is around that of a 1st or 2nd place high school science project, but as far as commercial use ... I would 100% recommend looking elsewhere if you want a 3D printer that is easy to use, doesn't break down constantly (the extruder / gear box is garbage, the plastic gears were made to fail), and has good (AND CONSISTENT) usability. Alternatively, if you like pain, problems, lots of work-arounds, ordering parts, and have plenty of time and money to burn on learning how things shouldn't be constructed ... then go for it ... I won't buy a Creality 3D printer ever again, bottom line. They should be paying you for your time in figuring out their crap ass product, just my opinion.

The printer has marginal output quality and should be much better for the price point. When it works, it does a decent job. When it fails, it fails spectacularly, usually tearing itself up and Creality will not stand behind it. It takes days to get a response back from them in unintelligible language and they give you an excuse not to warranty it. It contains imbedded spyware and will not work correctly without being signed into your account over WiFi or using the online print utility which tells Creality what and when you print. You can use a thumb drive to transfer the gcode to the printer each time, but it becomes tedious to discourage you from doing so. The machine will at random wreck your print for no reason. You can reprint the same file with no changes and it may turn out correctly or absolutely wrong for no good reason. I've seen "wet" filament print better than new dry filament again for no good reason. Their only response is "Sorry, that is not warranted" please check our wiki page for help. So, save yourself a lot of frustration and buy something else.
