Great printer, but way overpriced, it's $200 cheaper at the creality store when not on sale, plus they wouldnt let me cancel it before it even shipped so go check the site out first. (At time of writing, at the creality website it's $550 on sale, $700 when not on sale. Here its $900 normally and was $650 on sale; 1/31/26). As for a review, This thing is amazing. Upgraded from a modified ender 3 that served me well and will continue to be my prototyping machine. This has everything I had to add after purchase to my ender 3 and more, plus its hundreds of times easier to use. Your projects will need to be sliced in their software to use all it's features, which is worth learning. I can print and monitor it from anywhere with their app. Compared to the ender 3 it's orders of magnitude faster and the print bed is one of the best I've worked with when it comes to adhesion and durability. the only issue I have had so far was operator error when it came to build plate adhesion type, but the camera AI didnt "see" it and stop the print so I'm sure they'll work out any bugs and update it. The auto leveling is like magic, there was a tiny filament string hanging down from the nozzle and it was able to detect that, clean the nozzle and continue. The enclosure and servo motors make it very quiet, no more mini dot matrix printer symphony while printing. The CFS is great as its an auto feed and filament dryer with humidity and temp display.

Just don't. Creality is not ready for CFS. I was rather pleased with the K1, but the K2 has just been an absolute nightmare of bad parts, tedious maintenance, and poor design. Every component requires disassembly to do anything, and has no less than 2 parts that are designed to break off, or spring away. I've wasted dozens of hours on nondescript error messages leading to poorly translated documentation. Guides posted by the community usually include "prayer" as a critical step since the thing is just rife with tiny springs and pins that will break loose and fly away, or be nigh impossible to get back into place. Just buy a bambu lab.

I baught this Creality CR-10S from this seller name Toauto based in China. The machine was arrived on time. pretty heavy, lots of Chinese labels, and the menu was ok it had both English and Chinese. Great Value for the money I researched online and find this model would be the best value. But for my review, the main point is to tell Toauto is a very good seller. especially the customer service. I really don't do any reviews online but I did this because the seller's representative earns my respect. so after I set up the Cr-10s. There were some issues with the testing. I did not know what to do because of this my first 3D printer. So I tried to reach the factory of the product, and could not reach them. I found a thank you note in the box from the seller so I tried their number, (in China) I called and the customer service department answered they speak good English, but since I am Chinese so I talked to them in Chinese. So I asked them that I could not reach the factory I would want to know if they could help me with tech support. She told me the easiest way to get the issue solved is to record a little video, and they would get the solution for me within 24 hours, and if it is very complicated they with Skype me with an engineer from the factory. And she told me my issues will be the top priority(most customer care say that which most of them did not really means it). Since I know that most Chinese use Wechat so I ask them if we can use Wechat to send video. she told me just email her my account name the customer service will add me, which I did the email, and they added me within 2 mins. I screenshot our conversation, and you can check it if that was nice or not. From 10:08pm to 1:50am, she spent 3 hours and 45 mins and helped me very very patiently. She asked the factory to record a video for me, and she marked the pictures I sent her to instruct me what to do with the machine. She figured out the problems, and step by step help me fix my Machine. She even tells me what to do with the software. This is the way a customer service should be. I had many bad experiences about customer service(Try DJI, LOL, the service made me wanted to burn my new Marvic 2 Zoom). But this time with Toauto I had a really great experience. If they are nearby I would love to take them dinner treats on me. The kind of service made me forget about the issues with the machine. Made me respect their business and have the confidence to use the machine. I believe if an American company would train their customer service like ToAuto, the would really make America Great Again! I think the owner of Toauto should give this customer service a raise, bonus or some. I would love to hire a person like her, and I would benefits a lot from the way she treats people. Buying a product is not just the product itself but the service comes with it. I would buy again with Toauto because of the service. The machine works great, I printed couple modles and I attached the pictures of them, they look great. So please buy with Toaudo you would have a peace of mind dealing with your products.

Its really nice. Word of warning. You need large spools on this machine. Smaller spools dont work because of the way the rollers work. Assembly is easy but you need to use the DIRECTIONS!!! Dont ask me how I know this. Once I worked out a few kinks (operator headspace). It worked perfect. It prints way faster than my Ender Pro 3

Product is not assembled. The tape they use to hold it together during shipping pulled the screen's ribbon cable from the circuit board so it became a $600 brick upon opening. DO NOT BUY!

So far it’s been great. Easy to setup. The spool of filament that came with it is to small and won’t feed properly. After we purchased new rolls with different colors it works great.

This will be and honest review. The is my first 3d printer First the good: The is my first 3d printer and putting it together was a snap. If you can use the internet the learning curve is minimal. Yes, prints fail you’ll need to figure that out. But the is the nature of the beast. 3d printing is both a hobby and a craft. You get out of it what you put in. this machine works and does a great job. The Bad: The first printer send did not work I got a thermal runaway error right out of the box. It went back and a new was here before they even had the broken one. After two months of A LOT of printing I got a heat failure error. The company was good about helping. Unfortunately, there was a lot of back and forth. The company which I guess is based in Hong Kong kept having me run tests and sending them the results, They would send a part and I would try it out. Overall it took a little over a month to get it fix. And while the wasn’t a quick and easy fix, I learned a lot about my machine. In the end this is one of the best gift I have ever received (My wife got it for me on out 25th wedding anniversary).
