This in my opinion is by far the best 3d printer you can get in this price range. It prints pretty fast, has self leveling and a direct drive extruder which gives a lot of versatility on what’s considered to be an entry level machine. I have a few printers but this is my go to printer right now.

I bought this printer as it is my first time diving into the world of 3D printing and I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a printer. So far, it has met all of my expectations. Easy to put together ( it took about 10 minutes) and it was ready to go. Here is one thing you MUST check before using!!!! There is a slider switch on the back that allows you switch from 220v to 115v. If you live in the US or any country that uses 115v, you have to make sure the slider is set to 115v. If you don’t change it, the printer won’t work correctly and will constantly turn off and restart. It doesn’t mention this in the manual and it is set for 220v when it comes from the factory. It even comes with a full size SD card and a USB card reader which was a nice touch. It also comes with a removable magnetic flexible build plate sheet. All in all, it’s a great way to get into 3D printing for not a lot of money.

I an no strangee to 3D printing or the Creality brand. But this printer was a little too good to be true and was. Auto bed leveling worked great out the box. And after a couple prints. I was getting homing errors, and even after running the leveling cycle, things werent printing right. Tried various materials, checked if things were loose. Did recalibrations. Just stopped being functional It was a great concept. Loved the idea of what it could be. But we cant live life on potential, so cant expect a 220 dollar machine to live up to the same. Too new of a product, with bug issues. Maybe wait a bit before buying

This review is for the Creality Ender 3 V3 SE printer. I bought this printer based upon the recommendation of my brother, who had an earlier version of an Ender 3. I was attempting to keep costs down, while getting the features that I thought I would need. As a newcomer, who was principally going to use this printer for more "ordinary" tasks, rather than building complex and intricate figurines, this product looked like "the sweet spot" First, assembly was just plain straightforward and simple. The pre-assembled gantry, and top end made it very quick. After assembly, I checked the level of the X axis rail and it was right on. Printing the included cat figure went well, and the quality was very good. In the last week I have printed probably 20 small prints, each one being 30-40 minutes...and have been very impressed. There were no glitches in the system, no hiccups inthe printing, and the printer worked flawlessly. I used the "normal" settings with the creality slicer (except for increasing the fill), and was very happy with the quality of the prints. Overall...great machine, works well, no problems, and good sotware. What more could I have asked for for the $!

I was surprised on how easy this is to use. I have had it less than a week and have made some impressive items that include a Spiderman helmet. The auto leveling bed is great! I very highly recommend this printer. I am including a before and after pics of the spiderman helmet.

After leveling during assembly, there was immediate issues from the hot end turning off and on during printing. The extruder motor caused constant binding of the PLA. After multiple upgrades, there are still a lot of issues with printing. The last upgrade to do is the direct drive motor/extruder as I've installed and replaced a lot of parts. I've only had 4 small successful prints with over 40 failed prints due to the hot end not melting the PLA or the extruder binding up.

The printer was easy to assemble. I did have a problem after installation but Creality Support via Amazon provided quick response and I was able to print shortly after. Creality definitely has a hit with the new auto level feature - a major reason to purchase the Ender-3 V3 SE -

Finally got print, CAT from their file, to stick to bed after slowly increasing Z-offset from -2.00 to -2.21. Not sure a beginner would know about this?
