This is the best tasting protein shake I’ve tried. If you want low carb and no sugar and nice amount of protein this is the one for you. Very disappointed they raised their price by $14 might have to find another brand.

I periodically do a Keto diet to manage my weight. This product really appealed to me for its absence of carbs. And WOW the flavor is like a vanilla bean milkshake— I drink this for breakfast and dinner and it’s helped me with my weight loss

I originally bought this product for my father who is diabetic and he and his doctor liked it as a meal supplement. I decided recently to try it for myself and I was trying to find a meal replacement powder to help me in the battle against the bulge. I do like the taste of the Quest Vanilla shake a lot. The ingredients are limited and wholesome enough, however, I just cannot recommend this as a meal replacement. Maybe a small meal supplement? Maybe as a drink before a workout to keep from getting hungry while active? If I take this on an empty stomach, at most 1 hour later, I am starving to the point of feeling faint. It's supposed to have slow breaking micelar casein but it didn't work on me. I also find this a bit watery, the mix calls for 8 oz of water per scoop/serving. It's just very thin in consistency, not creamy and it does have carrageenan which is a thickener. That being said, considering the short ingredient list and that all ingredients are pronounceable, I still give this an overall 4 stars and I would buy it again, I might just have to go over the recommended scoops to get what I need out of it. ... show more

$7+ dollar price increase since I last purchased this product 2.5 months ago. I have purchased this multiple times. Its nothing special, just protein mix with low sugar. I will find a better alternative. Peace out

    • Here's the ultimate meal replacement powder

As a person who bought this for weightloss/maintenance. I was skeptical about buying this brand due to hype of certain brands but I can assure you that the QUEST brand did not disappoint in the least. It was an easy mix with a shaker bottle. Not clumpy or or caked to the inside of the bottle once liquid was introduced. The main reason that I buy and keep going back to this brand is that it carries the slow absorbing Micellar Casein protein in its recipe. I have tried a bunch of other protein shakes but this is the one that offers me the consistency with unsweetened almond milk that I need to cure my hunger pains whether I'm having it for a meal or before bed. It sounds silly but trust me, I've tried A LOT of different proteins powders and this one isn't one that my body had to get used to, it just worked to satisfy my cravings. There was no aftertaste or grittyness for the few months that I've been buying this brand and I am extremely pleased. My only disappointment is that it chocolate milkshake has a tendency to be bought out first because it's fantastic.🤤 ... show more

This truly is the best tasting protein powder I’ve tried… It does not bother my stomach… It digest slowly so I’m not hungry for hours… I actually tested this out one morning recently and had one of these protein shakes with almond milk… The next day I ate a more traditional breakfast of oatmeal… I was hungry much faster with the oatmeal than I was the morning I drank this protein shake so this is going to be my new breakfast… I also sometimes have one of these shakes in the evening if I get home late and don’t want to eat a big dinner… A lot less calories also! 3oz coconut water, then 7oz regular water, baby spinach, 2 scoops of Quest chocoloate milkshake protein powder, a scoop of chia seeds, a small scoop of cocoa powder, frozen mixed berries(from Costco), 8oz nonfat greek yogurt, and ice. This makes roughly 45oz of amazing tasting protein shake(depending on how much ice you use. The Quest protein powder blends in great, and the whole shake like this tastes amazing.
