I was very excited to see my jack had arrived today. When I got home I was like a kid in a candy store. Then I saw the box. I was pretty sure the UPS driver had drug it behind the truck for a while. However none of the components appeared damaged at all and everything was there. So I opened it up and hauled the beast inside. I was a little too warm today to jack with a jack outside. My son and I both read the instructions (after having failed to get it to work without them). We followed them to the letter (multiple times). Still nothing... The jack didn't even act like it wanted to move. I looked at my son and said I wonder if it has any jack oil. Popped of the oil fill cap and it was dry as a bone. Quick trip to Walmart and I was able to refill it. So we redid the air bleeding procedure again. Still nothing. This is where we are as I write this. Currently I have a giant block of useless metal that is supposed to be a jack. Hopefully I can update this post with a solution.. And yes I called the number in the book and was put on a 10 minute hold and the phone system then forced me to leave a message that probably wont be returned. Not impressed... proceed with caution. Update... I hate when she does this but my wife sat down (after I had already decided to send it back) and followed the instructions to the letter and the dang thing worked... Sigh... I knew I married her for a good reason but fixing a floor jack was not what I was imagining. ... show more

Follow instruction before use to maximize how I have, it works gentlemen dont believe the hype, this product came professionally packaged, no damage like the others are saying and I have done over 20 different job in the short amount of time using 3 Ton Jack Stands on a 07 Modified 300C and thats a heavy car, this jack life's with 4/5 pumps no issue. Remember to immediately remove the jack after lifting and use Jackstands so you don't over stress the integrity of the lift its a Jack to lift the car, not a stand to keep it there after lifting. the jack does not work. the pump valve is broke. they wanted me to send it back. have you tried sending a 3 ton jack back. not happening. i got screwed. bought from harbor freight.
