I followed the instructions and used this on my shutters. It looks great. I've included before and after pictures. I'm not sure how long it will last. I will update later. I did use it on my husband's truck and the results weren't as good as my shutters.

This is the best product for bringing my 2001 Jeep Wrangler plastic fenders from faded grey to Black. Product last about 4-6 weeks before reapplication is needed. The reapplication period gets longer each time I reapply. Love it!

This is relatively inexpensive — you could pay double—yet works very well. Used a cotton muslin rag to apply on our 2010 Honda Fit which badly needed trim restoration. Restored dry, faded external plastic to a satiny black. Used it on all opaque black plastic and rubber including windshield wipers and blades, door thresholds and weatherstripping.     • Restores shine to dull trim and lasts a long time

The product is very easy to apply. When it's applied to the trim, the cream becomes a bit more liquid, which is good for crevices, but may make it harder on surfaces that aren't horizontal. The bottle is easy to apply from and doesn't make a mess (an issue I had with another brand). It doesn't take much effort to apply and wipe off the excess. It came with two microfiber cloths for applying the product. My trim was restored to a very satisfactory shine that has lasted three weeks so far and gone through several moderate rainstorms with no sign of wearing off. I sent my friend some pics of the new headlights I had installed on my Jeep, and she immediately commented on how faded my bumpers were looking. She recommended using an Armor All tire shine product that had worked well on her JK. However, I remembered seeing this particular product at Lowe’s and it even had a photo of a Jeep on the box.
