I am a side sleeper, and I find this pillow very comfortable. It supports my neck, and I love the natural way that my arm rests on the side wing. I am hoping it will help with my sleep apnea. I did find the pillow a little too firm for sleeping on my back, but I prefer the side anyways. The shape and design fit my body.

I have lost the natural curvature of my spine and have bone spurs that cause a crunching sound when I turn my neck. Because of my neck pain and stiffness I’ve been looking a better pillow to provide me neck support. I came across this pillow. I am typically a side sleeper, but wanted to try and convert to sleeping on my back. I purchased his pillow to help with that but also because it was supposed to be adaptive to side and stomach sleepers. The pillow works well is soft enough and slightly firm. My preference would be for it to be firmer, a little thicker, longer and wider. The lip on one side is smaller the the one on the other side so people can use the height they prefer. Allowing for an insert so people can remove or add height and/ or firmness would be nice. I do like the pillow and sleep better with it with more comfort and less stiffness in my neck upon awakening. It does look weird in a made bed. Pillowcase fits it weird. I think it is worth the money and the quality seems good. I hope it holds up overtime.

I was skeptical about this pillow at first, because of its strange surface layout. With regular pillows my neck seemed too high or too low. I wanted something that worked if I slept on my back or turned on my side. This pillow keeps my neck comfortable and the design does keep your head cool, even in summer heat. When I wake up, there's no neck pain. The piilow is lightweight and although slightly different heights, the top and bottom surfaces are interchangeable. I purposely waited more than a few months to review this item. In my experience, some pillows work fine the first few months, then the insides start breaking down and the pillow becomes what I call "a few cotton balls thick". This pillow has held up and works just as well now as it did the first day. The cover zips off ( you need to squeeze the foam) and can be washed and dried. If this pillow was damaged, I would definitely by another one because it works!

This didn’t work for me. Pillow is too firm. It did help my jaw (I grind). Your arm doesn’t really lay in the groove like the picture shows. It is more flush. I am a Side sleeper and my shoulder still felt smashed so I reached out to the company for the insert. They were very helpful and sent me one. However it’s not an ‘insert’ per se, it’s just an extra piece of padding. Their intention is to stick it under the pillow which is not intuitive. If I wanted to build my own pillow I wouldn’t need to buy one. All and all, not for me. I just don’t think it is adaptable to everyone’s height, shape and body size but the company was helpful and offered me half of my money back and let me keep the pillow.

Since getting this pillow for my husband it has been life changing as far as sleep and comfort go. His snoring is greatly decreased and his shoulder and neck pain are gone. He doesn’t go anywhere without it now! Highly recommend!
