Great item for price! Best sleep ever with it. I was having a lot of upper back and neck pains but since i purchased I have noticed a lot of difference on my sleep. I wake up with no pain. Love the firmness to it, not too hard not too soft. Love how it comes with 2 layers covers and they are easy to put on/remove and wash. Definitely let it sit out for a while (I let mine sit out for 2-3 days just because I kept forgetting about it) so I can fully foam up to the way it should be (I purchased one for my dad as well and my mom only let it sit for a few hours and it didn’t fully raise up like mine that I believe)

It took about a week to get used to this pillow, which I expected. Once I got accustomed to it, it’s fine. The height is good for me, it’s comfortable and my neck doesn’t hurt in the morning, it cradles your head nicely. It is heavy!

I how doubts changing pillows would actually make a difference in the neck and shoulder pain I wake up with every morning. My doubts vanished. The first night I got my best night's sleep in months (according to my fitness tracker) and the pain level was greatly diminished. Nights 2, 3, and 4 were even better. I realize it has only been 4 nights, but I am amazed with the level of comfort and support. Why didn't I think about making this purchase years ago?

While it is comfortable, it is very small. Description reads: queen size. It's a small queen, more of a twin size. Need to be very particular about where you place it on the bed especially if you roll around when you sleep. Your head will not be at center gravity. I would prefer a king and actual king size. King is not offered, even a small king. There are options to have a white cover. I think where the head and face will be should be a darker color; no white.

I have a herniated disc in my neck so, over time, as part of my physical therapy, I learned to create a pillow that cradled my head and held it in place. I purchased a memory foam pillow that allowed me to remove part of the foam and create a contoured area in the middle to support my head and neck. There was only one recurrent problem - heat. I usually begin sleep on my side and end up on my back come morning. I found myself waking up many times during the night with discomfort in my ear due to a lack of air circulation and heating of my ear canal. So, I wondered: is there a product that would provide exactly the support I needed but also allowed cooling and air circulation around my ear when sleeping on my side. I decided to take a chance on this product. My first impressions were that it was too small (not wide enough) and too firm (I was used to a very soft memory foam pillow). But, I realized I needed to give this more than one night's sleep for proper testing. That made all the difference. This pillow is designed with a small hole in the middle that promotes air circulation that works perfectly. I now have no heat related issues and I am not waking up multiple times during the night. As for the firmness: I find that as I fall asleep my head does settle in nicely but not without sacrificing the contours that hold my head and neck in the correct positions. This is truly a good fit for my head and neck. As you can see in the product pictures, it also accommodates arm and shoulder placement for side sleepers. Did I mention that it is cool? Yep. No overheating issues and great support. Now, I am totally satisfied with the product. I am very pleased with the head and neck support and the price was right as well. There has been no issue with any chemical smells. I was able to use this right out of the box after it arrived. The cover zips off easily as well so machine washing should be straight forward.

This pillow is great! I am older and have a lot of issues with my neck including bone spurs, bulging disc's and other painful problems. This pillow cradles my neck when I am in bed and I am amazed at how much it helps calm at least 75% of the pain, I don't have to start my day with pain medication !
