The stools are as pictured and described. They are soft and comfortable to sit in. I received 2 days sooner which was great. There was a very small stain on one chair but not very noticeable. Also I will say they were a pain to put together. I’m very handy and it took about an hour per chair to try to get the legs aligned so the stool wasn’t rocking back and forth.. all in all for the price this was a great buy .. no complaints I will see how they hold up.

These are great bar stools The are well made and comfortable But they are for smaller people as their seats are not very deep But otherwise they are really nice Easy assembly

So I buy a lot of furniture off of Amazon (end tables, patio furniture, mattress, headboard) and this was by far the hardest thing ever to put together. It did not go with the instructions. The foot rest was not the right dimensions for the legs so I had to have extra help from other people to make it work. We had to unscrew the bottom before we could put the foot rest on and then you can see in the pictures how one is slightly lower than the other. One wobbles too. The seats themselves are soft. I wish I would have just bought expensive stools rather than go through what I went through.

These chairs were incredibly hard to put together! I had to use a hammer and a lot of physical strength to get them aligned properly. I would recommend putting in the foot rest before the center brace. After 3 hours I finally have 4 chairs, but I would never do this again🙄

One of the legs is missing the entire insert so I emailed them and asked for a replacement. They said sure, let me get back to you and never did. I waited 2 weeks. I finally asked to return the items and they can't find the package so they're not going to refund me. It also cost me $100 to return. Don't both, the chairs are too shallow anyway, you can't fully sit in them and they're velvet.

I made 3 orders which made 6 chairs in total. One chair arrived already damaged. The other set of chair has missing screws needed to build the chair. The seller was promised a new chair but instead sent a box of screws. When contacted again they said they couldn't replace the chair and offered just a $30 credit of the close to $400 i spent. So I have a brand new damaged chair, a box of screws, and a loss of my money.
